A rod fee applies. You can keep 1 fish per rod (subject to meeting size requirements), after that it’s catch and release. Sleeps up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms - 2 x double beds, 2x single beds. Sam's pad consists of a self contained "granny flat" nestling under the Amathole Mountains, offering - peace and tranquillity. There is a farmer's market every three months where one can purchase a variety of things from clothing to aloes. The granny flat has its own entrance, parking space, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower. We live next door and can supply home made bread, rusks, fresh farm eggs or leave you undisturbed. There is no load shedding because we are on solar power

Hornbills Forest Cottages

Hornbills Forest Cottages is situated about 5 kilometres out of Stutterheim on the edge of the Amatola Mountains and the beautiful Afro Montaine Forest. The area is quiet and peaceful. Yellowwood Cottage has two bedrooms with three beds in each room, a lounge with fireplace and DSTV and a kitchenette. The cottage has lovely views of the forest which is across the stream on the edge of our garden. There is a walking trail in the forest with access to the main forest trails.
