My family and I really enjoyed getting out of Annapolis and spending the weekend in Ocean City. The space was perfect for my family of six (includes two teens, a preteen and a dog).

Great place, nice decor, very comfortable beds, very well equipped, good location, very easy communication.

This place is absolutely gorgeous and so incredibly comfortable. The views were superb and the beds were so comfy. Host communication was top-notch. Definitely recommend this place for anyone!

The condo was wonderful. The people were very nice. The beach was beautiful. The location is fabulous! We could walk to the grocery store, liquor store, good restaurants, and nice beach shops.

We loved the place even with a few glitches. Location- perfect. Short walk to beach and the beach itself was a short easy walk to water. Made early morning fishing easy. Had a great little store right across the street and a nail salon for the Mrs. Place was clean and AC was great!! WiFi however was not great and I ended up logging into an Xfinity hotspot. No ice cube trays and pot and pan selection was minimal. Bacon on pancake breakfast for kids was a challenge. There were no left behind seasonings or anything so bring everything you might need. I’ve been to many Airbnb and usually there some things left. 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are small but definitely perfect for kids. Check in was easy but not until 4:00. We arrived at 3:30 and had to drive around and wait. Very pet friendly except no local grassy area. Had to walk through back parking to an empty lots. It work out. Overall very happy with our last minute planning. Would stay again and recommend to others

We can't wait to return to Golden Quarter Farm! Charming and expansive, the property has everything we were looking for in a place to spend a relaxing weekend with extended family. The historic house is bright and roomy with a well-appointed kitchen; the bedrooms are unique, comfortable, and private; and the living space homey and inviting -- perfect for spending time together. The beautiful views of the riverfront drew everyone outside for walks down the pier, through the fields, and down the sun-dappled forest trails. It was a bit too chilly during our April stay, but the possibilities for enjoying the river (canoe, kayay, SUP) and lovely pool were nonetheless enticing. Finally, I must mention that Evie and Mary were extraordinarily welcoming and accomodating, from communicating proactively to preparing the home for our stay and checking in to make sure everything was perfect. Highly recommend!

My family of 6 spent Thanksgiving at this property and it was perfect. The chef's kitchen lived up to the description. The open floorplan made cooking and being with the family seamless. Tons of great cookware (All-Clad and Tramontina!) I'm used to more sparsely appointed AirBnB kitchens so brought my good knives and some utensils I usually need. I didn't need them at this property. Fireplace has a temperature setting so will cycle on and off which was great. Zone HVAC for each floor was also great as cooking heats up the space. Bathrooms were lovely and well done. Deck door in the upstairs bed was hard to open and close, some instructions might help there. We are OC regulars so we usually go back to our fave places when there. Highly recommend Longboard Cafe, and Bad Monkey is a family fave. The neighbors are year rounders and were lovely. Fenced in yard, except for the dock side (our pup almost took a leap into the drink!, lol) Great place, would definitely recommend!

Ive been coming to Ocean City for years and this was by far my most enjoyable experience. Previously I’ve stayed in hotels but this place truly felt like home. The location was great and Ornela was a tremendous host. 10/10 will definitely be coming back!

We only stayed a weekend but a great off the beach option for a group of 5-10 guests. Clean home, relaxing location, would book again.

Beautiful home, very clean, comfortable & location. Very spacious & accommodating to my family of 12 and a toddler. Voula even had toys to keep my toddler occupied. Will definitely be renting again in the future. Thank you Voula!

Great views! Extremely helpful and friendly ladies in the office that made the check in and out process a breeze.

Place was great only complaint is the internet,🛜 we couldn’t even use wifi for phones and tvs kept buffering just trying to watch anything even if only one tv was on still so slow it had a speed of like under 10 mbps. Think this day in age everyone should have decent internet. Everything else was awesome and loved it !

The View was amazing, though we had “bad” weather, there was tons of things to do. We watched a movie at the movie theater, played at the arcade, swam in the pool, and my children played at the playground. Highly recommend. We were able to see the Ocean and the Bay from the balcony. Secured environment. Location was great, local grocery store, restaurants shopping etc all within walking distance.

Absolutely adored this place!!! Great view. Short walk to the beach. Everything i needed. Kitchen had everything. Was nice to be able to walk to the store and surrounding shops. Would recommend and hope to come back next year

There were many great amenities that our family really enjoyed. Cassandra was an excellent host and was extremely responsive throughout our stay. The place was clean and had a great view of the ocean. We appreciated the bath towels and bed sheets! We would definitely stay here again!

Vacasa went above and beyond to respond to my questions when I had them. They were also quick to answer when I had a small issue with the dishwasher. We couldn’t figure out how to fix it, but it’s ok because we’d prefer to hand wash our items anyways to ensure they’re sparkling for the next guests! The rental was cleaned perfectly and the ocean view was beautiful! I’ll always come back to this condo ! Vacasa, you have got yourself a lifetime renter ! Thanks for the amazing trip!

We traveled with a total of 8, 2 adults, 3 teens, and 3 kids during the 2nd week of Sept. The amount of space was perfect for us. One teen opted to sleep on the couch rather than share the double bed with one of the kids but she said that it was "comfortable enough" for a week. Everyone else was happy with their sleeping arrangements. The unit was SPOTLESS. The bathrooms were immaculate. The kids accidentally locked a bedroom door & maintenance had it opened in 20 mins. Communication with Vacasa was better than any other rental agency I've worked with. We used all of the amenities during our stay. It was great having so many different things to do, especially when each age group had different interests. Notes: *Some chairs, toys, kite, boards, etc. kept in laundry room for you to use *Cookware is limited and in ROUGH condition *Beds weren't super comfy *There is no lounge furniture on the balcony *Plenty of games & DVDs in the unit *Extra blankets, pillows, & linens in the closet

Was a very nice place, clean with great views of both the ocean and the bay. Any questions i had were answered almost immediately. Staff was very personable and helpful! Looking forward to my next stay!
