The open plan fitted kitchen, dining area and living room area adds to sociability, as well as being perfect for keeping an eye on little ones whilst preparing dinner.

Our little cottage is a stunning, newly renovated one (king sized) bedroom cottage at Tinney Waters - it is light and airy and we are happy to accept dogs - no restrictions on where they go - it's their holiday too! We are only a few miles from Bude's amazing, sandy, dog friendly beaches too - great for surfing! We have three well stocked coarse fishing lakes which are private for our on site guests. 1 free sauna session - extra time can be booked on request.
