Putsborough beach a 2 mile stretch of sand is a 1.4 mile drive down a country lane or a 25 minute walk across fields. Croyde village is 1.6 miles drive The Kings Arms and 17th century Rock Inn serving fine pub food are 1 minute and a 4 minute walk away.

We designed Bay Tree Cottage to be a home away from home, with plenty of special touches that make it a place you’ll remember. Set in the private, landscaped grounds of Willingcott Valley, summer guests (June to Sept) will also have access to the heated outdoor swimming pool.

Longleigh has 6 large en-suite bedrooms, a large open plan kitchen, spacious sitting room, a penthouse lounge with a further double bed, a ‘wet’ room/utility room, spacious patio, enclosed garden and a large roof deck which wraps around the whole house.

Miller's Cottage is located next to our 16th century watermill and award winning tearoom (Hele Cornmill). Ideal for families : children can have a go at milling flour in the mill and have a go at counting the wooden mice and millstones. 5 min walk to Hele's dog friendly beach and a dog/family friendly pub serving good food. There are lots of walks from the cottage either on the South West Coastal Path or into the hills of Berrynarbor.
