Back Beach House

Light, bright and spacious. From the moment you walk in you'll feel calm and relaxed. Fire up the wood fire or simply press a button for instant warmth or cool. Comfy Koala mattresses on beds also equipped with electric blankets. Clean, white stone bench tops and a large cooktop and oven if eating-in is your plan. Stylish and comfortable living spaces. Streamlined bathroom and ensuite, each with a large glass-walled shower. Enjoy the grassy front deck area or sit around the fire pit at the back.

Cosy 3 Bed 2 Bath Oasis in Yarragon Village

A welcoming, peaceful retreat which is ideal for a range of visitors searching for a place to stay in this beautiful area. A short walk to the Village of Yarragon where the delights of this gorgeous little village is yours to explore. Art galleries, fantastic pub, cafes, specialty shops and vintage markets! The huge leafy backyard is a true feature of the tucked away cottage. Relax and wind down without a neighbour in sight with an added indulgence of an outdoor bathtub to soak your cares away!

The Studio Somers

Once a beach shack, became an artist’s studio, then rescued as a comfortable home and holiday escape, close to the beach and Somers General Cafe. A wonderful place to sit and relax, walk on the beach or explore local wineries and farm produce. In order to safely manage the conditions brought with COVID (and maintain our low tariff) we introduced a 3 night minimum. We are now able to offer a 2 night stay but this is at a higher rate than a stay for 3 nights or more. Please enquire for the rate.

Casa Frida Studio Moonlight cinema & pool

As you enter the ivy-covered Balinese gates, be prepared to be transported into another world! Also be prepared to walk the steps to the top. (70m incline) The view from the studio comes at a price and if you are prepared to walk the steps.... there's enormous gain when you reach the top. We have created a little tribute to our favorite places - Indonesia, Morocco, Spain and Mexico. If you are after a 5-star hotel stay - we don't recommend our property - Come for the experience of Casa Frida!

Twin Palms Inverloch

Enjoy a relaxing break in this renovated 60s style beach shack! The yard is kid-and-pet friendly, have some fun with a putt of mini golf on the fake turf area and let your dog roam around the gardens. Inside, the kitchen has everything you need if you want to eat in. But it’s just a short walk down the street to Inverloch's great pubs, cafes and restaurants if you want to venture out! The bathroom is modern and features a large bath, and the beds are comfy and made with fresh linen.

Sol House, Kilcunda

Sol House was designed to capture the sunlight from sunrise to sunset. This pre-fabricated block-style beach house was built in 2021, to fit the setting of the relaxed, surfy vibe of Killy. A short 350m stroll to the iconic Kilcunda General Store for a morning coffee or the Ocean View Hotel for a cold beer and dinner. Or sit back on the porch overlooking the adjacent parkland down to the wild Bass Coast ocean. Enjoy the flowing gardens, firepit and outdoor entertainment area!

Glamping Pod with Ensuite

Our Pods have been hand built into a bespoke design for couples or friends alike. A fantastic way to camp comfortably, these Pods are fully furnished with an ensuite and contain a queen size bed, microwave, bar fridge, kettle, TV, patio furniture and bathroom. Please note, this Glamping Pod is situated in a quiet Holiday Park in Wonthaggi. This means you'll be able to use some great facilities, free of charge including: BBQ, camp kitchen and an indoor heated pool!

"The Bungalow"

A cosy bungalow set on a large 600sqm block. All amenities updated. A spacious deck offers a leafy outlook with plenty of birds for company. The bungalow backs onto a big oval. A comfortable 10-15 minute walk into town and Wonthaggi's walking trails. It has a functional kitchen, clean and reliable hot shower, and space to relax. The Bungalow is a 6-minute drive to some stunning beaches and conveniently located 10 mins from Inverloch and 30 mins from PI.
