Includes the use of 3 kayaks & paddle boat. There is a dock if you want to bring your own boat & there is room for your boat trailer. Has a walk in beachy area w/ sand for the kids to play. Cozy 3-bedroom (Adult only) cottage with amazing views of a quiet, no-wake Messick Lake. This is the perfect place to sit back and relax from your busy schedule. It is a small space ideal for no more than 4 people. A public access is available next door to launch a boat. This lake connects to two no-wake lakes and two sport lakes. Your agreement to the House Rules is required, under “Things to Know, House Rules and Additional Rules” must read.
