As charming as the photos and descriptions on the site indicated. Would loved to have spent even more time on the sunny, fragrant patio and enjoying the garden seating. The setting was a more than fair trade for being five minutes from town. Donna was a great about reaching out, in a kind and thoughtful way. Will definitely book the Lodge on my return visits to the area.

Excellent value for a beautiful location! While the guest suite is very small for two people, the propert and lake access (plus free kayaks) are unbeatable. Very kind and responsive hosts, as well.

Barbara and her Backyard Beach House were wonderful. Best stocked Air B & B we've ever stayed at. Clean, comfortable, and relaxing. Especially convenient for us because we were visiting family a mile away. We'll definitely stay again. Thanks!

I have been staying here for a few years. I stay here on average 4 times a year. My dogs love staying here! They poke their heads out the window when I pull up to the gate, and happily bark. We take walks around the pasture. The Hosts' dogs loves to greet us with barks of joy. I love feeding their horses apples. They will follow me around the fence line demanding more snacks. It is in the country but very close to stores. This is a great place for those that want to be out of town but need to be close to Sacramento or Davis. This area is part of the Delta which means water is nearby. Mosquitoes are plenty in shady areas but so are birds. The last time I was there, I did hear a seal!! That surprised me! Peacocks like to make themselves heard down the road. I have seen coyotes in the area. I watched one of the horses chase a turkey out of the pasture. I have enjoyed moon watching many times here. The sunsets are beautiful! The house is comfortable and clean. You can sit outside.

We enjoyed a relaxing and very comfortable week at Polina’s. She made us feel welcome and at home. She even trimmed tree branches overhanging her driveway so we could easily park our van without scraping the top! The unit feels tropical, looking out on palm trees, the pool, and a banana tree. It was quite comfy for the two of us.

Place was just as described and Leslie was helpful with recommending some great hiking options nearby.

It was such a cute little place so cozy and great views of the lake and lots of wildlife to enjoy. I’m sure we’ll come again.

Cozy apartment with immaculate and comfortable living space--perfect for a couple. Bonus is the beautifully landscaped enclosed backyard space with a courtyard in front of the apartment. The kitchen is thoughtfully equipped and fully functional. Short walk to local restaurants and shopping. Mary Lee was a friendly, flexible and responsive host, who even before we booked went out of her way to clock the distance between the apartment and our son's home which was much appreciated. Great place, great host, great experience--highly recommend!.

Another great stay! This apartment works great for me and my two small children. Cozy, clean and comfortable with everything we need provided. The kids loved playing in the little backyard in between rainstorms! And the hosts are lovely people. We plan to stay here every time we visit Ukiah :)

We liked the accommodation very much. It was in a quiet and peaceful place. It was well equipped and spacious, the bed was comfortable, and there was a washer and dryer. It exceeded our expectations.

La casita was beautiful! Everything was exactly as described and as the pictures portrayed. We had some trouble with power outlets but they responded IMMEDIATELY and fixed it within a few minutes!! I would definitely stay there again!

This was a great place to stay for a quick overnight during my & my twin daughters’ epic road trip. We were able to get some laundry done & relax before hitting the road again the next morning. Ian was friendly & communicative before & during our stay.

This place was so beautiful, the pictures didn’t do it justice. Perfect location close enough to restaurants, and lil shops!! Just away enough out of the city, but not to far out. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a nice cozy easy place to get to. Also my wife’s 50th birthday and I asked him to do something special for her birthday and he put out a birthday banner and a bottle of champagne!!

We don’t have enough great things to say about our stay at Valerie‘s guest cottage. The place was so adorable and charming, and the amenities were truly the best we’ve experienced on Airbnb to date! Fresh baked goods were delivered in the morning from a local bakery, and an assortment of organic treats in the fridge made us feel right at home! The hosts were so friendly and kind! Highly recommend a stay at this sweet little spot!

Exquisite decor, cozy, chill atmosphere, and safe neighborhood. I really loved it. Nicole, an interior designer, was a very responsive, friendly, and extremely organized Host. I loved the city book on the kitchen countertop. The hidden gems of mystic decor, such as the TV. I was living in a real life HGTV love it or list it episode, so I chose to love it in the end. I will be a returning customer..

Easy place to get around town. Very clean and host was quick to respond for many questions. Good value.

Deserae is a great host. We had a great stay in Chico. We were close to downtown and just a few minutes away from some great outdoor amenities. The house was easy to find and it had everything we needed to enjoy your stay. Having access to a washer and dryer at the casita was perfect.

We had a wonderful, peaceful stay at Jennifer’s! The cottage is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Instructions were clear, check in was simple, and the cottage looked just like the photos. There was everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Jennifer and Craig were also very quick to respond whenever we had any questions. There were also many restaurants/shops nearby! We will definitely be staying again in the future!

Nice and convenient to Harbin Hot springs. close to grocery and a few restaurants. Nice country area with great view of mountains and horses. Peaceful except for a bit of road noise, but it wasn't too bothersome. We would have appreciated some better quality bathroom towels, washcloths, more dishtowels etc. Jakob responded right away to questions about heater and lack of washcloths. He brought some wash cloths over with an hour. overall, very nice stay. Would recommend this place as good value.

Sheryl is a spectacular host - thoughtful, extraordinarily responsive, helpful, and yet never intrusive. She is very knowledgeable about the property and has all of the resources necessary to keep it fully maintained. She's direct and very considerate - you feel as if you're speaking to a friend and not a business partner. I've been here for two months and it's been a perfect setting and temporary home for me and my dog while we wait for our house to be available. The Cottage is charming, efficient, extremely quiet and has all of the amenities one needs. But the most valuable asset is Sheryl's warmth, competence, and caring about her guests. I couldn't recommend her home more highly.

This place was beautiful and peaceful. Peggy Jill made us feel very much at home, including providing a high chair and a travel crib for our baby. She was responsive and kind when we asked about a late check-out. We would go back if we could!

A great stay. Matthew, Tim & Co. were very responsive, and check-in and out was easy with the August app. A very comfortable place, spotlessly clean, and conveniently located for our needs. Would absolutely stay here again!
