It was very romantic and reminded me of the flintstones, the record player was super cute. The only thing I would say is that there is a house/airbnb right next to this one so it wasn’t the most private at times but other than that we loved the stay.

This is my third stay in the Cavern & it has always been exactly the reprieve I've needed. The space itself is beautiful and private, the beds are comfy, & its easy to feel at home. Rick is a gem & is always responsive and helpful. You can really see all the love and care he's put into the property. Can't wait for the next time to be in this magical space!

Beautiful home with an incredible sunrise view. You won't regret staying here. The home is clean and very well stocked. The area is very private and you can hear the waterfall below. You'll enjoy watching hummingbirds on the porch while sipping your coffee & taking in the beautiful sunrise. Great local lookout points, restaurants, coffee shop, and other attractions within 5-10 minutes from the house.

I love this cabin . It was just what me and my husband needed for our weekend getaway . We enjoyed the firepit ,swing and especially the hot tub !! Host was very responsive ! Thank you for letting us stay and can't wait to come back !!

Our stay (family of 4) at Rick’s place was very comfortable and homey. We were very impressed with the selection of books and movies available. The view is so amazing! I wish we could have stayed longer. We got in pretty late after traveling all day. When we arrived we were very impressed with the view. We always stay on lookout mountain to visit Rock City. This is easily one of my favorite airbnbs that I’ve ever stayed at!

Only bad thing about this place is it’s right next to a highway. Other than that it’s great.

We really enjoyed the peaceful setting in nature. The house was spacious, clean and had fun games. Any time I had a question Marcie responded quickly. It was the perfect place for our sober gay men’s retreat. I would recommend it for families or groups looking for a peaceful retreat.

We stayed here for a place to crash when hunting a nearby farm. Queen bed was comfortable and had everything for a boys weekend crash pad. There's a futon, queen and loft bunk area, so for 1 adult and two kids it was perfect. Their farm was great, very nice host and cute grandchildren who made me aware she was "the Main Host" :). They have a working farm with goats, cows, horses, chickens and the two 13 year old boys loved it, we got to roam and explore their 70 acres and had a great time. There's a blue hole "Greeter Falls" only 30 min away. Bring your own food.. not many options, great pizza place open 4-7pm. We grilled burgers and hot dogs, they do have really good eggs and some amazing bread for welcome gift. We'll be back.

This was our second trip staying at the cabin. It was just as we remembered it five years ago. This is a very peaceful setting and you are so close Fall Creek Falls State Park. The hosts are very responsive and kept us informed about severe weather headed our way. We did lose power while we were there due to tornadoes in the area. They were quick to get a hold of the electric company and we were back up and running before morning. We added on the celebration package for a little something special for our stay. I recommend taking advantage of the concierge services that they offer.

Brandy's place was in a great location and was convenient to everything. It beat the heck out of staying at a motel. Definitely will come back as our son is building in the area.

Location! location! Jeff’s place felt just like our cottage on the lake in Ontario. Quaint, clean, fully stocked and came with sweet extras like a bottle of wine for us and a dog bone for our fur baby. You cannot beat the location ! We wish we had more time to spend in the area! A great bonus is the yard space for our dog and we sat like a couple of old fogies and had our wine on the front porch during a thunderstorm. Jeff was extremely responsive and accommodating. Thank you for sharing this gem with us!

Let me start by saying, the cabin was incredible. Felt like stepping back in time. Very well done. Our host even dropped off fresh baked cinnamon rolls and cake for us. Excellent surprise. Now the rest of the story… My wife and I chose this location to escape from the storms in mid TN. Weather reports looked decent. 1:00 in the morning we were woke up to tornado warnings and then it hit. Horrible experience and terrifying to be in a strange place during a tornado but, the cabin survived and kept us safe. Cindy the host was in immediate contact with us making sure we were safe and her husband came in person to check on us. Our terrible experience has nothing to do with the property or the host, both were beyond fantastic and for that alone deserve your business. We will definitely be back hopefully when the weather is better. Thank you Cindy for being a caring and wonderful person. Mostly thankful for the cabin that did its job and kept my wife and I safe.

Natalie was so nice! We were so grateful to get to celebrate my mom’s 50th birthday at this cool lake getaway. We appreciated the flexible check in time and all the local recommendations. The use of the boat dock and private ramp was huge for us as we love to be on the water. We hope to come back someday!

The Blue Cottage is lovely! My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our peaceful and cozy stay. Natalie was a stellar host! We will definitely be back and will recommend to friends and family!

The property was absolutely beautiful. I loved seeing the horses every morning. My kids loved the pool and loved the view. We had an amazing time and wish we stayed longer. We will definitely be back.

Our family went out for a few days during spring break and it was awesome!! My girls loved all of the animals, the big indoor pool, and fishing!! We plan to come again! Fred was also super responsive and the place was so easy to find!

This was exactly what we were looking for-a clean, comfortable place with a beautiful view and mountain feel on our way to Savannah to visit family. The weather was perfect for one of the days, and the other day it was rainy and foggy, but we spent that day going to Ruby Falls. It cleared up in the afternoon. We spent evenings around the fire pit in which wood was provided and we brought our own outdoor chairs that were more comfortable than the benches provided. We also grilled out using the grill on the property, and there were plenty of silverware, dishes, glasses, pots and pans etc. Everything was just as pictured. All in all, a wonderful getaway. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you to Fred, our host.

Nice property, beautiful mountain views and sunsets. Property easy to get to once you acclimate to the uphill drive. Could be scary for anyone not used to driving in the mountains but signs on property were very clear. Beautiful and relaxing deck which was nice in the evenings. There is also a fire pit and wood available, we didn’t use. Note that the room with the rock wall has no sound proofing due to the slide that empties above the living room. Anyone sleeping in that room will hear all of the noise from the kitchen and living room. Kitchen stocked with all we needed to cook our meals (pans, etc). We couldn’t figure out the thermostat. Temp was at 75 no matter what we did. We didn’t bother calling management. Property manager communication was proactive and helpful. Walmart close. We also enjoyed South Pittsburgh TN and the Lodge cast iron museum, cute small town less than 20 minutes away. All in all a great stay and we would visit again.

Our family had a blast! Exactly as pictured! The large pool, hot tub, and the personal hot tub at our cabin was phenomenal! The communication with the host was great and very quick! We would highly recommend and will definitely come back again should we be in the area. Seeing the newborn baby goat was an awesome added bonus!!

Loved the stay it was a great place to go back to and relax the drive to get up is a bit steep but other than that it was great

Perfect spot for a large Family to gather while visiting Chattanooga. We were only there for a night but found everything just as advertised!
