Had a lovely stay at Nicolas apartment, the apartment is located very close to shops, restaurants and everything else you need. Apartment has everything you'll need for your stay including clothes washing facilities, hairdryer and much more. View was fantastic and the pool and bbq area was on our floor which was a great extra. I would say the pictures on the website don't do the apartment as much justice as it deserves as the apartment and view exceeded expectations!

Thanks to Rick for an amazing stay! His property was stunning with plenty to do and explore and beautiful 360 degree country/ farm views. A very tranquil and relaxing environment that I cant recommend enough. Also, the amentities were clean and the shower had truly amazing water pressure (its the small things). I will be back! Highly recommend.

This property is a rare example of a place being everything they said it was, on top of being a good deal. Nick, Di & Lauren made every consideration to make our visit easy and relaxing. This was by far the best accommodation I have stayed in the whole of south east Queensland. Absolutely loved our family stay and would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay at surfers paradise. Will definitely be going back for another holiday in the near future.

This is a genuine family home, it feels like the owners have just stepped out and left you their luxury country retreat to relax in.

We had a wonderful time despite the grey clouds and stormy weather; it's a beautiful spot to watch the surf and just chill. Kitchen fully equipped and shops and cafes are moments away. Though neighboring homes are nestled right up to you there was no noticeable noise during out stay. The garage came in handy with the rainy weather. All in all a great stay. Donald
