The property will serve all your horse needs with (10) 14x20 covered horse pens with hay storage, (2) 30x30 pens, and a large arena. Features a full house with a large patio with a hot tub, grill, and dining area. Stunning mountain views with photo worthy sunrise and sunsets. Relax in the outdoor hot tub while watching the sunset. A large yard for parking big rigs. Horses are an additional $15 per day per animal.

Guest House with a private entrance and yard with a relaxing view. Secluded neighborhood near Rancho Rio, Simpson Ranch and Downtown Roping Arenas. Plenty of space for parking and horse trailers. Trails are located right nearby and minutes from Downtown Wickenburg. The only stairs are on the outside leading to the guest home. There is a couch in the living room and if needed we allow for one extra guest at $25.00 per night.

The home is 1877 sq. ft. of living space and has a three car garage. Six large picture windows offer a view from within the house. We recently added a Smart TV. TV cable includes a sport package. Extended stay welcome. Please note that I do not have a BBQ nor grill.
