It is just 10mins drive to the beach at Widemouth Bay and the charming coastal town of Bude. The property has one lovely double bedroom with king-size bed, and a separate 'cot room' which makes this a perfect place to stay for a couple or those travelling with a baby. Beautiful countryside views and easy access by car to shops, beaches and restaurants.

Situated privately within a working farm, relax on the spacious patio, secluded garden or in the luxury hot tub. Each bedroom has a spacious ensuite with stand alone bath and walk-in shower. Underfloor heating and a cosy wood-burner. There is an EV charger at the barn. Beaches and moorland all within a half hour drive. Being within a working farm, sadly we cannot allow dogs.

Perfect for stargazing in the evenings.

Manor House is grade II listed, set amongst an array of historic buildings at Botelet Farm, with a large private garden to the rear and views reaching across rolling fields and up to Bury Down iron age hill fort. Nestled in a valley in South East Cornwall, staying at Manor offers the chance for a peaceful escape with 300 acres to explore, safe spaces for children to play, chickens wandering free range outside, a trampoline in the orchard, and therapeutic massage and wellbeing workshops.

Stable Cottage is a stunning, newly renovated two bedroom cottage at Tinney Waters - it is light and airy and we are happy to accept up to 4 dogs free of charge. We are situated close to the village of Pyworthy. We are only 10 miles from Bude's amazing, sandy, dog friendly beaches too - great for surfing! Ruan Barn is a truly special place that will sleep 4 people (there is a sofa bed in the living area which may be used by one or two extra guest by prior arrangement) . Set in a quiet rural location, Little Springfield is a great place for relaxing. A luxury self-contained lodge in a super location, for families, walkers, cyclists and surfers. A 5 minute drive to Bude and its fine choice of places to eat and drink alongside award-winning beaches of Summerleaze and Crooklets. Opposite the lodge there is a large parking area and paddock exclusively for our guests for softball games, picnics and BBQs, with views across the valley.
