It is also an hour jaunt to some popular ski areas, including Loveland Ski Resort and Winter Park. This suite includes an upgraded bathroom with a spa-like shower. Bedroom accommodation features a queen sized pillow top mattress, and TV with Roku. You'll also have your own dining space and kitchenette.

Many quaint coffee shops and eateries are a quick drive, & we're across the street from a park! We're 10-15 mins from the artsy RiNo District and central downtown. Close to I-70, it's easy to get to the airport (20min) or on your way to the mountains. Whatever your Denver adventure holds, Park Hill is a great place to begin.

Studio in a mid century style house. Room has a desk, microwave, fridge, and coffee maker. Private bathroom with a ship lap wall. Have AC hooked up for summer! I do control from my side of house. Let me know if it’s too hot. Have a fan to help circulate air based on need from reviews. Won’t provide coffee. Sorry it usually gets old before people use it. Only has one bed!! Also my dog will bark at other dogs/ animals so unfortunately service pets aren’t a great fit. Sorry

We provide a coffee machine, coffee, candy and a small wine fridge. The suite is within 15 minutes of Downtown, LoDo, Rino, City Park, Stapleton and Lowry Town Centers, museums, zoo, and The Cherry Creek Shopping District. There are lots of nearby restaurants/bars/breweries.
