Relax in an open plan lounge, with TV, heat pump and log effect electric fire. The full laundry is off an integral lockable garage plus parking on driveway or street. Not completely fenced.

Architecturally designed, 1970s classic in St Johns Hill. Peaceful, secluded space surrounded by greenery yet just a short drive or walk to town and Virginia Lake. Mid-Century Modern Masterpiece

This iconic 1960 family home was designed by local architect Don Wilson, a student of Ludwig Mies van der Rohe. The midcentury modern design features a cantilevered terrace, non-load bearing exterior walls, floor-to-ceiling windows, and built-in furniture. It has been beautifully maintained and tastefully restored, with original features like the stereogram, curved wooden panelling and louvered windows. The Wilson House won the 2014 NZIA Enduring Architecture award.
