To welcome you to our world our decor is neutral glam, in private and peaceful surroundings in Cowies Hill with a large deck overlooking a nature reserve. Features: air conditioning with heater, large TV with full DSTV bouquet, WiFi uncapped 40 meg line, use of a swimming pool, and workspace. The self catering kitchen has refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, airfryer, induction cooking plate, plus all crockery & cutlery. Bedroom has comfortable double bed and cupboard.

Upstairs on Impangele

Next to Makaranga (currently closed), the unit has 2 bedrooms with a shared bathroom. The kitchen area has a table & chairs, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, induction cooker, air fryer & microwave. Stocked with tea, coffee & sugar. Each of the rooms have a king size bed which can be split into 2 singles, so can sleep 4 people. One of the bedrooms has an aircon & the other a fan and heater. Deck has a bistro table & chairs as well as a daybed for relaxing. Off street parking for 1 car.

Also this unit is on the solar system so no load shedding issues! Please note the unit is on a shared property and their is a dog. Not suitable for parties or noisy get togethers. This is a private 1 bed studio self-catering flatlet with a UPS for loadshedding/electricity outages, there is also the availability of a second private bedroom if needed (Additional costs apply). There is an inter leading door which is locked when only 2 guests stay, and opened when 3 or 4 guests stay. The bathroom and kitchenette are shared spaces.
