The flat is self-contained with bathroom, fridge and cooking facilities, washing machine, internet and television. With private access you can come and go as you like. Enjoy your morning cuppa in the private garden, or go for a stroll down to the Brighton foreshore. The hosts live on the Property, but the flat is independent of the residence and no interaction is required

Located in Brighton just a short walk to the waterfront, local pool, shops, & restaurants. You will have the entire house to yourself which contains everything you need, 2 comfortable queen size beds, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioners and fans in all areas, 2 x TV, washing machine and large covered entertaining area. Easy access to buses & trains to take you to areas of Brisbane or Gold Coast. Unfortunately, the Villa is not suitable for under 10's. Very quiet, home away from home feel.

The suites are on separate levels of the Fairy House and are accessible via an external staircase. This listing would suit two couples travelling together or a family with teenage children or older. The Red Door Cottage

Separate fully self contained "Granny Flat" with its own entrance off an easement; set in a beautifully lush garden. There is generally plenty of street parking with a walk generally no more than 30 to 40 metres up the easement to the gate which opens on to the "Red Door" of the cottage. When parking please be aware of the bus stop at the end of the easement; Queensland laws stipulate a 10 metre clearway in front and 20m clearway at the rear of the bus stop.
