This is a gem of an AirBnB - excellent location in Poople, especially with regards to the proximity to the hospital. however, also close to the town centre and the Park. Clean, well equipped and a parking spot. It's got everything you need, including a very responsive host.

Karen is a very nice person and responds quickly. The house is great and very clean and everything you need is available and the internet is strong. A place where you feel comfortable and safe. If I had the opportunity to return to Bournemouth, of course, this house would be my first choice in housing, but its only drawback is that there is no supermarket nearby. You need a 15-minute walk to the nearest bus stop, grocery store or any services.

Great flat. Very clean and welcoming. Close to local restaurants and lovely walks along the quay. Bonus was a secure place to leave our bikes!

Kevin’s flat is very well maintained and equipped. He greeted us, explained the adequate parking and left tea coffee milk and chocolate shortbread on arrival. It is near the top of a steep hill - about 6 minutes walk up from the pier - the coastal views are beautiful. Swanage felt a welcoming place with good opportunities for hilly walks, boat, train and bus trips to enjoy the Jurassic coast. We had a car problem and Kevin recommended an excellent local garage where the mechanic was extremely helpful. We recommend ‘Pebbles’ as a really comfortable place for one or two to stay.

Beautifully clean place to stay. Very well done and we had a great break in Swanage. Brilliant walks and coastline. Always found a space with the on street parking. Would highly recommend!

Great apartment in an excellent location. We were pretty lucky with the weather, and it's about 5 minutes walk from excellent beaches and walks. There were two body boards available within the original cost, which our children really enjoyed, and a paddle board and e-bikes at additional cost to hire, which we enjoyed using. Overall I would thoroughly recommend this.

Lovely property it had all the amenities. Good location. Near the centre of Swanage, about 10 minute walk. Lots of restaurants and shops. Near the beach. There a smart tv with Netflix, YouTube Disney+, everything you have with smart tv.

We had a great stay in Swanage, the flat was clean and comfortable and everything worked. We especially enjoyed the central heating as it wasn’t the warmest weather. All in all we couldn’t fault it, so a five star rating.

This is as our second time staying at Elizabeth’s place (first time in the flat upstairs which has 3 bedrooms). It is very close to where our son and family live, which is great and has everything we needed to have our 2 granddaughters over for a couple of sleepovers. They had a lovely time and enjoyed playing on the trampoline and swings in the garden. The flat itself is beautifully clean and well kitted out. Would definitely stay again. Thanks Liz.

Property is ideal for 1-2 people to stay in Bournemouth. The property has parking on site and is accessed into a Private court yard area that I was not expecting but think it would be a lovely benefit on a warmer period. I also found everything walkable from this location, however if you did have trouble walking up hill then it may not be right for you. The beach and pier are within 5 minutes walk and there are a number of local pubs and restaurants in and around the area. There is also the benefit of a local shop, only 2 mins from the property so really everything you would need. The property itself is well laid out and has all I needed for my 4 night stay and gaining access was very simple with just a phone call for final instructions. I will be back to Bournemouth in the near future and if this is available again at that time then I would definitely book again.

Alison’s flat is absolutely beautiful and in a great location in central Swanage. It was immaculately clean throughout and I loved all the decorative touches. Would highly recommend and will definitely be returning!

We highly recommend David's place in Swanage. It is a fantastic location right on the front and close to all amenities - but not noisy. It is spotlessly clean and has all necessary facilities. Parking is at a premium in Swanage, so having a dedicated parking space is key. David was extremely proactive and engaged with us to make it a perfect stay. We look forward to staying there again in the future. Many thanks David!

Had a great stay! Room was delightful. Bathroom was really special. Flat was perfectly prepared for our visit and departure extension was just perfect!! We had a great bank holiday weekend. The place was perfect for our family of 4 with our dog. Our kids loved the hot tub. We also thought the kitchen was good for eating meals. The location is amazing especially if you are looking to go to the dog friendly beach, ferry, or restaurants.

I really cabt recommend Jonathons place more positively. Lots of really good resturants and bars in walking distance as is the spectacular beach. Which is stunning. Easy reach of Bournmouth and Sandbanks. And the hot tub was amazing. Cant recommend this location enough for a really chilled get away. 100% use again in the near future.

We had a wonderful stay here. The place was so clean and had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub was fantastic. The beds were so comfy (and I am super picky about this). The location was great, we had such a great stay, my daughter did not want to leave.

Wow is all I can say. If we could give 6 stars we would have. Karen and Lee are so attentive, friendly and welcoming. The place is ideal location, quiet and lovely. the place is perfect to stay, the hot tub and garden is so tranquil and peaceful, all the amenities are perfect. The breakfast bits and cooking oil, seasons etc are an added touch! Honestly we loved it here and would definitely return! Thanks both 😃

The accommodation with Phoebe and Khalid met all my expectations. I particularly liked the proximity to the train station and the beautiful beach, as I only travelled by public transport. Grocery shops, restaurants and pubs are just around the corner and yet the location is quiet. The room is functionally furnished, the bed is incredibly comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped with cooking utensils as well as spices, oil, vinegar, coffee etc., which I have never found before and appreciated all the more. As the AirBnB area has a separate entrance, there is less contact with the hosts and you have a lot of privacy. As you receive an access code before you arrive, you are flexible in terms of time and don't have to be there at a pre-arranged time. I would definitely book this accommodation again. Took my wife for a birthday stay here. It’s exactly as shown in the photos and clean throughout. Bed is king size (5ft) although softer than I would normally find comfortable. Cutlery, crockery and glasses etc clean with a good selection of hot drinks on offer. Nice and spacious we could really relax. Hot tub perfect size for two people, given I am 6ft 6 I could stretch my legs out in it and relax with my wife and a bottle or two of bubbly. Couple of smart speakers so we could listen to our usual radio station. We had a pleasant night, any questions were answered swiftly and the price was good. It’s in our list of places to rebook in the future. Great for a wanting a night away with your significant other; locally there are shops, restaurants and takeaways and not far from the seaside or the New Forest for days out.

My partner and I had a lovely and comfortable stay at Karl’s. Great facilities and very spacious! Would definitely stay again, perhaps in the warmer months to make use of hotub and sauna.
