This was a great place in a nice neighborhood. The house its self was in great condition and was very cozy for our group. It had nice big bedrooms and space to hang out and visit. I would highly recommend it if you are staying in the Winder area. Ludmila's is a great host and everything was just like she said. She was very responsive and helpful getting us set up.

My fiancé and I absolutely fell in love with Katie’s space! From the moment we booked until the second we checked out, Katie went above and beyond — she was incredibly kind, responsive, and made sure we felt completely at home every step of the way. The space itself was the perfect combination of roomy and cozy, a true home away from home that we instantly felt comfortable in. Self check in was smooth. It had everything we could have needed, and the location couldn’t have been better: just minutes from Marietta Square, amazing restaurants, charming shops, and a quick, easy drive to nearby cities like Atlanta. Check out was smooth, no hassles at all. We truly didn’t want to leave and are already looking forward to staying here again! We cannot recommend Katie’s place highly enough. Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay! 😊

This was my FIRST time using Airbnb so I was SUPER nervous. Marcela was extremely helpful, flexible and responsive even before booking with answering any questions I had. The place is super cute and clean. There were games (my son loved that), a small wine collection, snacks, water and little amenities available when we arrived. The only issue I had which is out of the host’s control is there is a lot of construction in the neighborhood so it doesn’t look the best but you can see the potential. Also, a neighbor is another house next door loves playing his music. Sometimes I enjoyed it because I love a good music break and he had good tunes but it was loud and started at 9am. Overall when I’m in ATL again I will be using one of Marcela’s homes. Definitely worth it.

Home away from home…beautiful in every way! The apartment is equipped with everything you need and want, which makes the stay even more enjoyable. The location is peaceful and beautiful, conveniently located near our daughter. The host was friendly and communicated very well, in addition checked in with us throughout our stay to ensure that we had everything we needed. This was a charming unit in Midtown. Accessible to neighborhood amenities and restaurants. Great location if you are in ATL for a show or sporting event.

Second time staying here this past year. Easily accessible to amenities. Host always quickly responsive. She was able to accommodate extra days when asked. No issues at all. Highly recommend.

The accommodations were Good and I will stay again if I am in the area. The lake was Beautiful and the Gardens around there Home were Beautiful as well !!!

Our stay in Atlanta was great. Piedmont park is right around the corner and great if you have a small dog. Perfect location.

This home was perfect for our multi generational family trip to the Atlanta area. The home is in a very high end and beautiful neighborhood of expensive homes. Rod had clear instructions for our arrival and the home was very clean. The furniture was comfortable and there were enough seating spots for our large group. We were very very satisfied with our stay and strongly recommend Rods place to anyone.

Lovely home. Had my kids grandkids and my aunt along. Everyone had their own space with bathroom when “familying” got to be a little much. Clean up and check out was super simple. Would love to go back.

Shane’s place was beautiful! We have a large family and booked three places and it was absolutely perfect for our family! The kids scootered around the driveway, people easily went back and forth between the homes, the dogs had a blast running around and we enjoyed walking the beautiful property along the creek! We couldn’t have asked for a better location for our family reunion, and we will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy Airbnb over Christmas! The home was immaculately clean, and the kitchen was incredibly well-stocked, making it easy to prepare holiday meals. We were also delighted to find a great selection of board games that provided hours of fun for the whole family. the house was spacious and clean. I would recommend this house for large family gatherings. I would say that the couches can be updated. the couches sink in and sit too low to the floor. the toilets can be updated. the toilets are too low. not good for elderly and guest with bad knees... needing help getting off toilet is no fun..other than that, it's a good location for family gatherings
