Nestled in the foothills of the Colorado Rockies, our home is centrally located to all that the Denver area has to offer. We are a quick 15 minute drive to Downtown, and to Red Rocks Ampetheater. It is also an hour jaunt to some popular ski areas, including Loveland Ski Resort and Winter Park. This suite includes an upgraded bathroom with a spa-like shower. Bedroom accommodation features a queen sized pillow top mattress, and TV with Roku. You'll also have your own dining space and kitchenette.

A quick walk to the Light Rail will take you to destinations within the greater metro area. After exploring, return to your guesthouse with garage parking, full kitchen, walk-in tile shower, KING Bed, private patio, washer/dryer, WiFi, and a few very SPECIAL amenities that you'll have to visit to discover.

Mid century Studio

Studio in a mid century style house. Room has a desk, microwave, fridge, and coffee maker. Private bathroom with a ship lap wall. Have AC hooked up for summer! I do control from my side of house. Let me know if it’s too hot. Have a fan to help circulate air based on need from reviews. Won’t provide coffee. Sorry it usually gets old before people use it. Only has one bed!! Also my dog will bark at other dogs/ animals so unfortunately service pets aren’t a great fit. Sorry

Stay in the perfect location in the middle of it all - 15 minutes to Red Rocks, or downtown Denver; 1.5 hours to Breckenridge or Rocky Mountain National Park! Our guest suite (the bottom level of our home) provides you with a beautiful spot to relax and rest before taking on your next adventure. We live on the upper level and ask that guests respect quiet hours from from 10 pm - 7 am. Guests should anticipate hearing us upstairs during the daytime. All are welcome here.

Close to hiking and beautiful outdoor adventures. Downtown Golden always has fun activities going on and is a great spot to visit anytime of the year. 2 king size beds. A full size bed and an air mattress available if needed. Dedicated workspace and gym in the home!

5 min to Colorado School of Mines, 10 min to Red Rocks, 15 min to Downtown Denver, 30 min to Central City/ Black Hawk Casinos, walking distance to many dining places, grocery store, pharmacy, etc. Bright and Sunny space with all new furniture and bedding. Snacks, drinks and toiletries free of charge. Electric skillet. iron, blow dry, Smart TV and covered porch with seating. Anyone and everyone welcomed - 420 and GBLTQ friendly.

Central Suite

Central Flat is a 2-level space with stairs leading to the bed and bath on the 2nd floor. Guests with mobility issues and children, please note the stairs. Space is not suitable for children under 12. 1 Queen size bed. It is in a buzzing area. 15-minute drive to Red Rocks. 1-minute drive to restaurants, pubs, grocery and tons more. Private outside entrance with a keypad and private outdoor area. High speed fiber Wifi.

Tiny Home in Golden

Beautiful Golden Tiny Home just 8 minutes away from downtown Golden and 10 minutes away from Red Rocks Amphitheater. Enjoy easy access to i70 if you're heading to the mountains and HWY 6 for a 20 minute ride into Denver. Remodeled 2024 with brand new flooring, kitchen cabinets, microwave, stove, washer/dryer, bathroom, and more. This tiny home offers an open layout and is perfectly optimized at ~315 sq ft.
