This gorgeous private entrance basement includes a bedroom, bunk room and living/entertainment room. We are located near Colorado Mills and backs up to Daniels Park. We are 15 minutes from downtown Denver, 10 minutes from downtown Golden, and 10 minutes from Red Rocks Park. This awesome location is near amazing restaurants and close to Hwy 6 and I-70 for easy access to the mountains and foothills. Please note that we do live upstairs so you might hear some light footsteps during your stay.

Private completely renovated two bedroom cottage located in the heart of Golden. This home comfortably sleeps six with three queen beds. The second bedroom has a queen over queen bunk bed. The master bedroom suite includes a private bathroom and a separate private sunroom attached. This is perfect extra space for meditation, a baby room, or an extra guest. The home has a private patio with a large oversized BBQ, a picnic table that seats 8 and a cushy love seat under the covered porch.

You will love staying at our home nestled in a peaceful country setting. We are Just 5 minutes from I-70, close to the mountains, Red Rocks Amphitheater and 15 mins from downtown Denver. Our favorite feature is the glass room addition where you can enjoy your morning cup of coffee or a movie night with the family. Get cozy around the gas stove. Kids will love the attic room with the pull out sofa and TV. The kitchen has just about everything you need to cook a meal.

Downtown Denver is 15 min, Red Rocks is 4 miles! This is a 3 bedroom + large office space (with pullout), 2 full bath. Closest trail access is less than a mile, we're a 5 minute drive or 10 min bike to downtown Golden and breweries are just 1 mi away. Skiing is max 1 hr from our door.
