The garden room is a delightful, quaint building originally a piggery, It is decorated to the highest standard in a contemporary style and is a lovely calm space, in which to relax and enjoy your stay. Modern dimmable downllighting and smaller lamps give a bright or more muted feel according to your need. Central heating makes it warm and cosy in the cooler weather. Egyptian cotton sheets give a luxurious feel to the kingsize bed and ensure a comfortable nights rest. Accommodation on one level.

A cosy self-contained annex for 2 in a small village near Axminster and within easy reach of the Jurassic Coast, Lyme Regis, Charmouth, Bridport, Honiton, Sidmouth and beautiful countryside walks. Great village pub 5 minutes walk. Continental breakfast included! The annex has an en-suite shower room, double wardrobe, king size bed and food preparation area. Private patio with table and chairs for an al fresco breakfast or dinner and sole use of a small summerhouse with views of the Axe Valley.

Our lovely studio is a large peaceful room. Patio doors open to your own pretty cottage garden where there is outdoor seating for enjoying a glass of wine in the evening. Its a perfect retreat for two after a days adventures in the heart of the Jurassic coast. Close to beaches and a few mins walk from both the local pub serving food and train station, popular sites such as Lulworth Cove, Durdle Door, Bovington Tank Museum, Monkey World and Wareham quay are only a 5 min drive away! Welcome to our much loved home, ‘The Tea Barn’ as we like to call it. It was a self build project & hopefully shows all the love and pride we have put into it. We have added charm and character to the property, to provide for a cosy, relaxed get away! We are located in a small quiet village between the towns of Westbury & Trowbridge. The local pub 'The Royal Oak' is just a few steps away. We believe that this is a perfect base to travel from for days out, then back to relax in the small garden!

We have two bedrooms listed. It is our understanding that two guests will be sharing the main bedroom. If two guests book and require two bedrooms, please book for three people to cover the cost of the extra bedroom. Our home is on the outskirts of Warminster with rural views, we are 1 mile from Center Parcs and 2 miles from Longleat, easy access to Salisbury, Bath & Frome. A family bathroom. Breakfast included. A dining area, TV, DVD, use of the garden. And we have a Labrador dog.
