Langland View is a delightful cottage 50 meters from the Golf Club, 150 meters from Langland Bay, the Brasserie, public tennis courts and the coastal path. You have exclusive use of this spacious property and outdoor terrace with fabulous sea and golf course views. Mumbles village is a brisk 20 minutes walk. The house is family-friendly, dog friendly and great for friend groups, but please no loud parties.

Welcome to our cosy 1 bedroom ground floor annexe apartment, nestled in the heart of the lovely village of Pennard/Southgate. Located just a short walk to Pennard Castle, the stunning Three Cliffs Bay and Pobbles. Along with a golf club and course, local pub, cafes and convenience stores, a park, library and chemist. A perfect starting point for exploring Gower and beyond, we offer a parking space right outside and are a 1 minute walk to the bus stop which offers routes to and around Swansea.

Sea Breeze is a very charming open plan house with it's own private parking spaces. It has a well-equipped kitchen, the dining area caters up to 6 persons and the spacious lounge offers a comfortable seating area with electric fire and Smart TV. There are 3 bathrooms each with a shower with the main bathroom offering a bathtub.

The large sun trap garden is quiet and peaceful with a fire pit and outdoor seating. You can be assured of a perfect costal retreat.

You are close to some amazing local beaches within walking distance, Langland & Caswell or Llangennith Beach, Port Eynon and Three Cliffs Bay only a 15 minutes drive away.

Located just a few minutes away from Mumbles, our lovely little bungalow is the perfect getaway. Light, airy and modern. Restaurants, parks, beaches, shops, bars and lots more close by. A short walk down to Mumbles promenade and onto the seafront. We hope you enjoy staying here as much as we have. We are huge dog lovers, so if you have a well behaved pooch please don't leave them behind, they are welcome too! It is gated and fully enclosed, with a private driveway.

In a quiet cul-de-sac with parking and enclosed rear garden, this is a newly refurbished house 5 mins walk away from the seafront with shops, bars and restaurants. The path at the side leads to the castle gardens which is a short cut to the vibrant fishing village of Mumbles. It is quiet and peaceful with everything you need for a perfect coastal retreat. There is off road parking and an EV charger for which usage is billed at the end of the stay, if appropriate.

Open the windows to smell the sea air and hear the sound of waves crashing on the pebbles below. On the start of the coastal path to the local beaches and the spectacular Gower Peninsula and just a short walk takes you to Mumbles with its boutique shops, art galleries and picturesque seafront restaurants. Situated on a leafy cul de sac, is a beautifully spacious and well equipped property, perfect for families, couples and groups. We love our property, so much so we have decided to move out to a nearby village and allow others to experience the same pleasures that we have experienced whilst living there.
