Cozy space for 2, could easily sleep 4. Kitchenette, sitting room with futon and a queen size bed. Private deck & entrance. While there is a small deck at the apartment entrance and plenty of green space to gather with visiting friends. (Inquiry for chairs) Recently added a back deck, too.
