Our Cozy Cottage sleeps a maximum of 6 people and offers modern amenities such as 3 flat screen TVs, Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, keyless entry. Large eat-in kitchen, a sizable bedroom with a queen size bed, a living room with a queen size sofa bed, and a den area with a full-size sofa bed. The den area has wireless headphones to allow private TV viewing and/or gaming. Relax on our huge deck, enjoy the sunshine and nature. Or take a nice walk to the reservoir/campground or Millstone Hills Golf Course.

Private Rochester Home

A two bedroom house in the small village ( less than 200 residents) of Rochester, OH. There are woods and open areas of about 4.0 acres with availability of fire pit for a peaceful evening. Property has a steam engine to view. Playground about one quarter mile from house. We are still updating home and property. Private, quiet area except but there is train track about 300 feet from the house. You are 20 minutes from Ashland, OH and Oberlin, OH. 45 minutes from Cedar Point and Cleveland.

Located on 64 acres of farmfields this property offers spectacular views of wildlife. Deer can often be seen from the enclosed rear patio. The front patio offers beautiful views of the sunset. There is a well equipped kitchen and also an outdoor patio with grill and fire pit for cooking out. A large pond is available for fishing. Indoors there are two smart tv's and free wifi. Close to Ashland university, Rockin T Ranch, and Dragway 42. Great place for a little peace and quite.
