Just a short walk to Lake Winnipesaukee with lake access. 1.6 miles to Weirs Beach, restaurants, arcades, shopping, drive in movie theater, bumper boats, batting cages and other family activities. 15 minutes to Gunstock Mountain, hiking/biking trails, skiing, snowboarding and tubing. Washer/Dryer/Gas grill included. Large front deck. ** Lake access is you can get into the water with floats, kayaks, paddle boards etc. There is no dock. Walk from house to lake is about 200 yards**

Close to lake Winni, Weirs beach, Bank of NH Pavilion, Gunstock ski and many more local attractions all 10 minutes away

Nestled in a small condo association , our property offers a cozy escape with lakeside views and easy access to a shared swimming beach. Located near the vibrant Weirs Beach area, you'll find a plethora of restaurants, dance club, mini golf, go karts, bumper boats, and bars just a stone's throw away, promising a delightful mix of relaxation and entertainment during your stay.

Downtown! Studio w 3/4 Bathroom. Private Entrance!

This is one room with a queen bed and a 3/4 bathroom. Breakfast nook, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker. This room comes with it's own seperate entrance, private bathroom, and private patio (Patio is not open in the winter). Also we have off street parking for one or two cars. I am new to hosting, so for now please a two person max. Walking distance to downtown. Less than 100 yards and you are in the middle of downtown Meredith.
