The Old Lewis County Jail at St. Drogo's house is part of a revitalization and repurposing of the county's old jail. In addition to this residence, St. Drogo's house has a coffee roastery / coffee bar as well as an artisanal bakery located on the first floor. Wake up to the smell of freshly baking croissants and espresso! Lowville is in the geographical center of Lewis County. We're a stone's throw from the Adirondacks, the Black River and the Tug Hill. Beautiful whole upper house. Owner or host might reside in lower apartment, but you will be notified if anyone is there. Great location. Save on gas, walking distance to drug store, grocery store, all the village shops, restaurants, bars. Next to snowmobile, bike trails, skiing, and the beautiful Moose River. Enchanted Forest is 5 minutes away, and walking distance to beach, and boat rentals. Quite neighborhood with school and field across the street.
