Our stay at the Perch was both relaxing and rejuvenating. The fishing was great and the kayaks that were provided added hours of exploration. Upon our arrival there were fresh cookies, an immaculate home and an impressive view, what more could we ask for!! Will be booking again for sure.

Cheryl and her husband were awesome. Very responsive and helpful. The house was just what was described. We were down for a high school/junior tournament and the private boat ramp was perfect for launching our boats each day of practice.

Debbie's place was a great choice for us! the fishing is great. The dock is beautiful, and the house was decorated nice as well. She was very responsive and friendly. I'd recommend her place to my family and friends!

My husband, 11 month old and I stayed with our best friends for his birthday and it was perfect! There was PLENTY of space and having 2 kitchens made it really easy to cook big meals (my husband is a chef). The view here is one to write home about. Beautiful sunrises and gorgeous sunset colors. We also like to fish so this spot on the peninsula with a dock to Fish off of was GREAT. Oh! And if you’re into bird watching, this spot has some of the BEST to watch the birds over the water. We even saw a bald eagle fly RIGHT by the house. Definitely are going to stay here again come summer time. Would absolutely recommend this to friends and family.

This is our 3rd year staying here for 2 weeks with our large extended family. We love the house and all the space it offers. We have seen numerous upgrades throughout the years. Clark and Denise have always been very responsive when we do have a question or need anything. This place will always be one of our favorites to rent!!!

Robins place was great! We loved the view of the lake and even caught a fish! The downtown area of Tellico Plains is neat and our dinner at Peach Street Grill was amazing! The cabin itself was very nice and clean. Comfortable beds as well! Would definitely love to visit again and stay here!

This beautiful cabin was perfect for a large family! The view was incredible and the environment was welcoming and very clean! We especially loved the thoughtfulness of the s’mores kit for the kids! Russell was very prompt in responding and making sure we had all the details for our stay! The local grocery mart is about an hour away, so it was helpful he noted that in the description so we could stop and get all of our groceries before heading to the cabin. There were plenty of kitchen supplies, a clean hot tub, board games and a large dining table that the entire family could enjoy. The dock and kayaks were in great shape, great fun to fish! We look forward to visiting this home again. Highly recommend!!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND Karen’s place on the water. It’s my favorite Airbnb thus far! First, the lot is absolutely gorgeous, we brought our boat and could easily access the main channel for a few days of boating with our kids. Secondly, the house is lovely with comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, and a lovely porch to watch the wildlife and river flow. We would love to stay here again! We had an issue with our boat, and Karen was SOO accommodating and helpful. Thank you!

when i booked penelopes cabin i was looking for one in the mountains with a view well when we arrived it was better then the pictures showed the view was outstanding with it setting on the edge of the mountain it was a place i could live in forever and for her to share it with people i cant thank them enough inside the cabin was 3 large bedrooms large living and setting rooms and everthing in the kitchen that you would need to cook or bake your own meals and the home made bread and jam she left us was very good. all the places we explored was within 45 min drive. cant wait to go back there which we will. thank you again penelope and mark for sharing your beautiful home.

The place was great! And the snack basket upon arrival was wonderful after a looong drive!! Everything was great! Really appreciated the clean hot shower after our day of driving! Tim responded very quickly with our questions and was very helpful!! Will be back!

Absolutely beautiful views and very comfortable home. Perfect for several people or even just a couple. The balcony is super spacious and it was our favorite thing to wake up and eat breakfast on it and enjoy the view! Helpful instructions on how to run the pizza fireplace was provided and we had a great time using it for our dinner on one of the nights of the stay. So happy we chose the little blue cabin ❤️

5 Stars – The Perfect Mountain Getaway! This Airbnb was everything we hoped for and more! Nestled right on the water, the views were absolutely breathtaking—especially at sunrise and sunset. We spent most of our time outdoors because there were so many great spots to sit, relax, and soak it all in. Whether it was sipping coffee in the morning or winding down in the evening the space always felt peaceful and private. The location was ideal—just a short drive to the entrance of Great Smoky Mountains National Park, so we were able to sightsee during the day and come back to pure comfort in the evening. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed to feel at home. The lakefront hot tub was the cherry on top 🤌🏽 If you’re looking for a serene escape with nature right at your doorstep and easy access to one of the most beautiful parks in the country, this is it. This was a nice cabin with plenty of space! We enjoyed staying here while in the area for work and having a roomy kitchen to cook our meals in. We'd definitely stay here again—especially during sandhill crane season with the Hiwassee Refuge right at your backdoor. Don't miss walking down to the water right after the sun comes up—it's magical with the early-morning fog.
