Our cozy guesthouse offers the best of 2 worlds. You are in a lovely quiet place in the middle of nature with a view of meadows and forest. If you're lucky you'll be face to face with a cow from the house. But you are also only 15 minutes away from the lively capital Amsterdam. The guesthouse is very private at the back of our site at a good distance from our typical Dutch farmhouse. We live here with our 2 kids and our 2 dogs (who walk around freely). Peace & quiet, relaxation, plenty to do!

Monnickendam is een rustig stadje aan het IJsselmeer vlakbij Amsterdam (15 minuten per bus) waar je nog kunt parkeren. Grote delen van Waterland zijn een mix van oud cultuurlandschap en beschermde natuurgebieden die u kunt bezoeken met kleine bootjes. Het IJsselmeerstrand is om de hoek en het Noordzeestrand met de auto in 40 minuten te bereiken.

The apartment got totally renovated 5 years ago into a sweet vintage jazzy crib :) You can play vinyls or listen to the birds in the nice private garden. We heten je graag welkom op ons fantastische schip Norderney! Gelegen in de haven van Monnickendam, op steenworp afstand van het historische centrum met leuke terrasjes en restaurants. Volendam, Edam, Hoorn en Amsterdam zijn goed bereikbaar en je kunt heerlijk wandelen en fietsen in de mooie omgeving. Genieten in een prachtige setting, tijd en aandacht voor elkaar. Een romantische en geweldige belevenis die je niet snel vergeet.
