It has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and an open kitchen/lounge area with sofa bed. It also has it's own outside space - an enclosed decking area. Just 2.5 miles from the beautiful Lanhydrock, and 4 miles from Cardinham woods. Conveniently located for great access to Cornwall's North & South Coast beaches and other attractions.

The Annex, Double Bed, Parking, Quiet.

The Annex is a private, self contained space adjoined to the rear of our house. It has it's own parking space, a standard double bed (195cm length bed wall to wall), shower room and private outdoor seating area. The mainline train is 5 minutes walk from The Annex. Lostwithiel also has a selection of pubs, a fine dining restaurant, Indian and Chinese takeaways, independent shops, riverside and woodland walks all within walking distance. The Eden Project is a 10 minute drive away. Adults only.

Glynn Bull Pen was built as part of Glynn Estate early 1800s, we have renovated the barn to create a modern, light and spacious holiday retreat. A rural location, private and surrounded by trees, set in the beautiful Glynn Valley. We are close to Bodmin Parkway, with easy access to Cornwall's many tourist attractions such as Lanhydrock Estate (1 mile) Eden (20 minutes) and both north and south coast beaches. The Cottage is a converted barn, previously part of the Lanhydrock Estate. We live in The Farmhouse, Colesloggett. The properties sit in 9.8 acres with direct access to the A38 and A30. North and south coasts are 20 minutes’ drive. Whether you are looking for a quiet rural retreat, a walking, cycling, beach holiday or to see wildlife the barn has it all. It is unique that on the drive there is the Colesloggett Halt for the Bodmin and Wenford steam train. Cardinham woods are 5 minutes’ walk.

The Barn studio is situated next to the Main Farm House so you are completely private to come and go as you wish.
