Remodeled with new carpet in the living room and downstairs bedroom, new flooring in the kitchen/dining area, and new shower stalls in both bathrooms. Well behaved SA and ESA's accepted with restrictions. 1.5 miles to the Lake!

Wheelchair access into house. NO "VISITORS " ALLOWED. Two pets are allowed at $50 each.
