We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Breeze Inn! The views were simply breathtaking, especially during sunset. Watching the sun dip below the horizon was a highlight of our trip. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, making meal prep a breeze. We also appreciated the binder with all the helpful information about the area – it made exploring so much easier. Overall, it was a very relaxing weekend getaway, and we can't wait to come back!

Although we did not take full advantage of the amenities (we did not cook, rather it was a place to sleep) the house was perfect. The kitchen would be perfect for guests opting to cook. The living room was comfortable for gathering and bedrooms were comfortable and quiet. The location is quiet and feels safe.

This was the perfect space for our family! We came into New Bern to celebrate the passing of my stepfather and the house was cozy and comfortable. It was a nice house to come back to after the planning and celebration. We would definitely come back!

This place was great! We booked it for our whole family but unfortunately everyone had other plans and it was just my wife and I but we absolutely loved it. I do not believe I’ve stayed in a nicer Airbnb before. As soon as you walk in, it feels right at home with every bit of comfort. The most comfortable bed we’ve ever slept on while traveling and 10/10 beautifully clean. 100% recommend

We were in town for our daughter’s graduation from ECU. It was so convenient to campus. The house was comfy and very clean. Highly recommend.

Very roomy home and loved the garage converted to a game room. The local park around the corner has clean walking trails, fountain ponds, tennis courts and a play ground. The home was well laid out with large rooms and accommodated our family needs. Very quiet neighborhood with grocery store and drug store nearby. Great stay!

This is a great place to stay and relax. Tim was very responsive and proactive. We were checking in the day after a bad snow storm and he contacted us right away to let us know how the roads were and what to expect. Since it was snowy and cold, we did not get to use the amenities. But the house is located right next to the kayak launch area and it was a very short drive to the pool/club house. We come to this area often and will definitely be staying here again!

This place was perfect for my families little get away. private away from neighbors. had great property grounds for the kids and dog to play. the surrounding nature was awesome to wake up to. Lorraine was really proactive at getting me ready for the stay and replied to any questions quickly. we arrived earlier than the check in time and had no issues. long story short it's a great place with an awesome host. highly recommend! she even opened the pool to us ahead of time!

We loved this place, felt like home, so many activities around the house to do and very spacious. Jonathan had very great communication when asking him anything before getting the Airbnb and during our stay. We would totally love to come back again.

Our stay was so relaxing and in close proximity to downtown New Bern. The mornings were so quiet with birds singing. We would definitely stay here again.

Lisa's place was exactly as described. The home is so beautifully decorated and comfortable. It had everything we needed for our stay. Lisa takes great care in making her guests feel welcome. We arrived to a chilled bottle of wine and some delicious muffins. The location is perfect for easily exploring the town of Oriental. Our only wish was to have been able to stay longer. We will definitely book another stay when visiting the area.

Dawn’s condo was clean and comfortable with an amazing view of the stars, River, and nature area. The host was extremely communicative and went out of her way to track down the answers to some questions that came up. We took advantage of the amazing weather and drove the hour to the beach, so we didn’t utilize the recreation center amenities on this trip. We would definitely stay at this condo again. Dawn made us feel right at home.

Our Stay was awesome. Really enjoyed The pool. The Host was attentive. We really enjoyed our stay.

We had a great stay (around 7 weeks) in New Bern. Very nice small town; great historic houses and waterfronts. The apartment is comfortable and had everything we needed. Some coordination needed for trash & laundry with other guests (four units in the building), but was easy. Owners were very responsive. The bathroom is between the bedroom & living area, with barn doors on each side. Not a lot of privacy, but you can see they did that to keep hinged doors from taking up so much space. It was fine for us, but some people may want to be aware. We would definitely stay again. Everything easy, walkable, and comfortable.

Perfect place to stay if you need a place to rest between daily outings. Quiet, peaceful surroundings. Close to where we wanted to go, Lake Phelps & Alligator Wildlife reserve. Hour drive into Manteo. Could have used a half bathroom downstairs, but didn't affect experience. Nice place. Would stay again if planning trip that way again.

We enjoyed our stay at the Bay House, it was beautiful and had everything we needed for a long, relaxing weekend stay. We really appreciated all the nicer finishes in the house and outside too. The view was amazing. Janna was extremely responsive and a great host. We will definitely go back, hopefully when some family can join us there in warmer weather.

Wow! What an amazing weekend! We came down for a wedding and the place was beautiful! We couldn’t ask for a better place to stay for the weekend. Everything was so clean. The back porch overlooking the water was my favorite place to drink coffee in the morning. Definitely will book again. Thank you!!!

Fenced in yard was great for the dog! Stocked kitchen with supplies, so it was easy to make our own meals. No junk for the kids to get into (which is a huge PLUS) with little ones. Chris was very responsive!
