There was no kitchen but the apartment above was available but Fran did not tell that it could have bee used. Overall a great place, location, and host.

This was a lovely house and easily walkable to other parts of the borough of Stonington and Stonington Point. The suite was spacious and private. I liked that there was both a full bath downstairs with a shower and also a half bath upstairs in the bedroom. The hosts struck me as very thoughtful and took extra steps to accommodate requests I made. They were willing to chit-chat when our paths crossed, but also happy to let me retreat into the suite or run out the door trying to arrive in time for an event.

Amazing vacation spot. Margaret and Mark are perfect hosts—super helpful and great communicators. Beautiful spot, gorgeous landscaping, and very cute (and super clean) apartment. Great access to beaches and restaurants. Couldn’t have asked for more. Hope to return!

My wife and I and our two adult sons really enjoyed our stay. Alisa is a fantastic host and very easy to communicate with. We had the entire 2nd floor for ourselves, the front porch and the yard. Incredible deal and easy 3-minute walk down the street to the main village area but far enough away to be quite. We will return.

This is the second tie we stayed at Linda's place. The place is extremly clean, comfortable, and had eveything we needed for our week's stay. Linda lives in a another part of the complex, so we saw her quite a bit, she is very friendly and was helpful in making suggestions about places to see or resturants nearby. Her place is dog friently. The yard was perfect for our pups, a large back yard that is completely fenced in. Ours dogs had a ball playing with Tucker, Linda's new pup. we look forward to staying at Linda's place in the future.

Me and a few friends spent the night here for our weekend trip to RI. It was awesome, cleanest AirBnB I have ever stayed at. We made burgers on the grill and had a fire in the fire pit. Overall a great experience and I enjoyed how nice Camila was. Would recommend!

Perfect Airbnb experience. The place was amazing - comfortable, peaceful, easy to get too and a perfect location close to the URI campus making parents weekend an absolute breeze. We felt like we were on vacation and had a much better stay than other parents did at nearby hotels. We’ll be back for sure!

Leonard communicated promptly whenever we had a question and was understanding and flexible with the use of his property. All instructions were clear and straightforward. The property had a large outdoor yard and the location was excellent too - historic Wickford, an excellent grocery store (Dave’s), and the Wickford junction train station were easy drives away.

Matt was a great host. My yellow lab and I really enjoyed our stay. Great location, close to Wakefield shops, and Narragansett restaurants. Great dog hiking area 10 minutes away called Potter Wood.

A very cozy place — a bit more mini than expected, but just right for two people and a dog! Super dog-friendly, and we loved the cute lawn decorations, outdoor chairs, and the bed and toys prepared for our pup — she absolutely loved them. I hadn’t realized the house was near a roadside area, so the yard was a bit noisy, but it was quiet enough inside. Just something to note if you’re sensitive to noise. Overall, great communication and support — we were really happy to stay here

We had a lovely time at Jodene’s place once again and hope to return. The place is clean, comfortable, well equipped and conveniently located. The porch is so pleasant, notably in the morning and evening. Highly recommend.

We had a fantastic week at Shelagh’s home. Having the beach so close by was such a nice amenity. Shelagh was so friendly and helpful giving us ideas for local spots to visit. We enjoyed a show at the theatre by the sea, that was steps to the house. All in all you won’t be disappointed with booking this Airbnb. We highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at this adorable apartment! The location is terrific, quiet and private yet less than 5 minutes drive to Belmont Market and 10 ish minutes walk to Whaler's brewery. The place was well stocked, clean and cozy.

We had a great stay here. We would definitely stay here again when we visit in the future.

Fran was fantastic. Very friendly. Went out of her way to say hello and to talk with me and my kids. Remembered conversations and revisited later. Like talking to an old acquaintance! Very responsive with any questions asked. Stayed here twice! Would highly recommend!

Overall, great stay! Charles was very responsive and friendly with messages. He even offered flexible check-in and check-out without us inquiring, which was quite nice. Pictures are accurate of the listing, however the layout is a little interesting. You walk through the bedroom with the two beds to get to the living room and main bedroom. My only negative feedback was there were quite a few bugs/cobwebs in many of the corners and the window A/C units need some cleaning because they seem a little moist/dirty. I would say it’s a good value with great proximity to the beach and restaurants.

The home was clean, cozy, and nicely decorated. Snacks and towels were available. We would come back if we are ever in the area again. The host was very responsive, thank you Victoria for a perfect stay!
