Cosy apartment with modern furnishings in a leafy, peaceful residential area close to connections into town. Discover the beautiful lake nearby, surrounded by beaten paths and idyllic piers from which to fish, read or simply enjoy a drink in the natural surroundings.

We recently stayed at Hakan's place in Warsaw for an overnight trip before visiting the zoo. The place is exactly as described and is about a 20-minute drive from the city center, which was very convenient for our plans. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and had all the necessary amenities for an overnight stay. However, there were a couple of downsides. The weather was extremely hot during our visit, and since the apartment is located on the top floor, it got quite warm despite the provided fans. Additionally, the double bed felt more like a wide single bed, which might be a bit snug for two people. Overall, I can surely recommend this place for a short stay, especially if you're planning a quick visit to Warsaw or nearby attractions. The hospitality of the hosts really stood out and made our stay pleasant despite the heat.

Lovely and spacious apartment in a good safe location, was easy to check in and we enjoyed our stay. Luckily we were only a party of 5 as I would say this is not suitable for 12 people as described, maybe 9 maximum. Could do with more than one proper shower as the other bathroom has only a bath.

The place is exactly as described, Bartosz was waiting for us to hand us the keys which is always nice. The place was very clean, the kitchen is seperate from the living area, there is a comfortable table in teh kitchen to have the meals there separately from the TV/bedroom area. There is a balcony, black out blinds, the bed is in the kind of alcove. Everything was very comfortable and clean. We usually cook ourselves, there is any number of groceries around, as it is customary in Warsaw. The place is QUIET which was important for us. It is on the 3rd floor no lift but the steps are comfortable to walk on them. We stayed there for a month. Good wifi. Recommended!

Dom o normalnej, spokojnej atmosferze, dużo miejsca do spania, dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, grill, ognisko. Gospodarz bardzo komunikatywny i sympatyczny. Polecam.

Mieszkanie było naprawdę ładne i zgodne z opisem oraz zdjęciami. Zameldowanie przebiegło sprawnie, bez żadnych problemów. Lokalizacja była świetna – w pobliżu znajdują się restauracje, Stadion Narodowy oraz Park Skaryszewski. Zdecydowanie polecam!
