Great little house in a quiet neighborhood. Was a good spot near restaurants and shopping. Right off I70 for easy access to anyplace. Far enough away not to hear the traffic.

The house is very nice! It’s in a great location we could walk everywhere. We felt right at home and enjoyed our stay. We would definitely recommend this house! There are 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms , ample parking , gas grill and a full kitchen. It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Gayle was very responsive and nice.

The house was as described and the perfect place to stay with our crew of 7 adults and 10 kids. The kids enjoyed the outside space and exploring the different bunk rooms.

We really enjoyed staying at Keli’s place. Her home is very clean and comfortable. I was able to work away from home without any distraction and easy to focus. The home and neighborhood is peaceful. Upstairs neighbor when home does have a heavy foot. Thanks Keli for the nice stay.

What a perfect retreat. Everything was thoughtfully laid out in this home. All the extra touches you didn't realize you needed until they were in front of you. Mirrors, double sinks in bath, snacks and wine, coffee pods galore, a comfy cozy porch, peaceful back yard and gathering area, amazingly comfortable beds with cozy linens, plenty of big fluffy towels, lots of gathering and lounging spaces...I could go on but you need to see for yourself. We look forward to coming back when we are in town and staying again.

Every single guest has asked when we can book again. The Location is phenomenal. The house is beautiful and clean. Sitting on the back porch for morning coffee or looking out the front, seeing a stunning view of the pasture, it's a panoramic view of Missouri's countryside—only 6 mins out from downtown. Highly recommend.

Nice place and location!

One of the best places I stayed at a wonderful beautiful morning sky to wake up to with a nice glass of coffee. Enjoying seeing the horses day and night it was such a fun and relaxing time to chill with my friends. We didn’t do nothing crazy just sat there and drink some wine, but at the same time enjoyed ourselves 10 out of 10 most interactive and responsive host.

Needed a place to stay for a clinical rotation at Mercy Washington. The place was nice and 6 minutes away.

This is my second time staying here while I work at Mercy Washington Hospital. Pat's place is so cozy & comfortable. It is easy to get anywhere downtown & there are cute coffee shops & restaurants a walk or quick drive away. The bed is very comfy & the shower is great too! I enjoy staying here for my home away from home!

wonderful place to stay. I loved the beautiful, hilly countryside. we loved the sheep and spent a lot of time with Dakota (dog) and Harry and Sally (cats) outside. They come when called, but would leave you alone if you didn't want to interact with them. Hermann was only 10 minutes away and a lovely little town. it was a little too cold for swimming, but nice to know we could've if we wanted to. perfect quiet place for my daughter and I.

Our stay at the Berger Guesthouse was so lovely! Richard was so friendly as were the animals we encountered. The bed was so comfy and the views were fantastic. We will be back!

Great location for solo/couple traveling to Washington. Close enough to local points of interest without being right in the middle of it all.

Perfect stay at Tony's place for our biking the Katy Trial to Augusta/Defiance winery/brewery day! Tony had a fire going and everything ready upon arrival. He went above and beyond leaving us fresh tomatoes, basil, honeycomb, candy, wine, etc. Tony is super responsive via text messaging, and there was not a single detail missed! The beds were comfortable, the house had everything we needed, and we thoroughly enjoyed our one night stay. Best airbnb host we have ever had!

This is a great place, especially for longer stays. The layout and furniture made it really comfortable. The safety feature I really appreciated was access to a basement during tornado warnings. While I was there the sirens went off and I appreciated having a place to shelter. It's close to the local parks and easy to get around. The owners are very responsive and helpful. Good experience. I'll be back.

Our overnight stay was wonderful. Elizabeth met us when we arrived and was very welcoming. Everything was spotless and relaxing. We got an excellent night’s sleep.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo overlooking one of the largest lakes in the Innsbrook community. It was centrally located, comply and cozy with excellent views of the surroundings. We were there for a wedding and Kelly was so accommodating allowing us early check in so we could prepare for the rehearsal dinner as well as a bit later check out to make sure the banquet room was in order before we departed. I can very much recommend this unit and this host for sure. Thank you Kelly!

This Airbnb was absolutely enchanting! The romantic vibe was felt in every little detail, from the cozy atmosphere to the thoughtful touches throughout the space. One of our favorite surprises was the indoor s’mores setup, it added such a fun and intimate moment to our stay. The host also stocked the place with extra essentials like soap, toothpaste, and even floss, small things that are easy to forget, and while we didn’t need them, it was so comforting to know they were there. The estate itself was stunning, with a peaceful lake just steps out the back door, it truly felt like our own private escape. Our host was incredibly kind and responsive, even allowing us to check in early since we were planning to check out a bit early as well. We felt so welcomed and cared for. We can’t wait to come back!

Great location by the beach! Carpets desperately need replacement or cleaned. Overall, I’d stay again, but only at a lower price point. I don’t believe for the size, lack of updates and amenities in this unit., it was overpriced.

It was off season so the location was very quiet and peaceful. I very much enjoyed the silence of the surroundings. The condo was very nice, clean and fulfilled all my needs. I did not participate in the Innsbrook offerings as that was not the purpose of my visit. Only to be close to my family in New Melle, that I visited daily.

The condo was gorgeous as was the scenery and amenities. Part way through our stay, someone who identified herself as housekeeping entered the condo unexpectedly. I asked our host if she was legitimately a housekeeper as I didn't know anyone was coming by. they said they'd check into it, but never responded. When asking if 3 cars could park at the condo on several occasions, the response I always received was parking was limited, but no useful answer. Also, when asking which kayaks were for us to use, the response was "use the ones that are available." Aside from some minor communication issues, the stay was fabulous and it was super kind of them to provide kayaks, life vests, etc. For future guests we were able to park 3 vehicles with no issues. Would love to stay again!
