NOTE-NO COOKING/BBQ Walking tracks close by that lead to stunning views of Lake Wanaka and mountains Two cats live here

A Good Find

A well appointed studio room with a private entrance and sweeping views of the mountains. The studio contains a queen bed, private ensuite, outdoor patio, and garden area. There are coffee and tea making facilities, but the room does not have a kitchen or fridge. Please note that we live onsite and have a toddler 👶 and a dog 🐶 which means our house is not always peaceful! We do our best to be welcoming, friendly and share our little slice of paradise. We have two e-bikes available for hire.

Baxters is a cosy space in a brilliant location. A 5 min walk to 'The Wanaka Tree' and an easy 15 min walk to town. Across the road from Wanaka Station Park you can enjoy the stunning lake front track or take a dip in the lake. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 with a queen size bed, the other 2 king singles beds, plus a small living area. As well as your own bathroom, you have access to a private outdoor area with spa & outdoor shower. Baxters is attached to the main house with host in residence.

The loft is above our garage, up a private staircase the loft has open plan -living, sleeping, dining with a kitchenette, It also has laundry facilities. It is quiet, cosy, well appointed & very private with beautiful views.
