Spacious cottage on Lake Charlevoix that has been completely remodeled! The cottage shares a large, 1-acre property with a house that is listed separately. Both can be rented together. One bedroom with queen bed, sofa sleeper in the living room, kitchen, full bath, lake view, and covered deck overlooking 125' of shared Lake Charlevoix frontage. Shared dock. (Seasonal) and parking. Fire pit and grill (seasonal). One mile to downtown BC on a walkable bike trail and six miles to Boyne Mountain.

We have just added an outdoor sauna to this fabulous cabin in the woods behind our house. Although there is only 1 proper bedroom there is a sleeping loft with a queen size bed and window overlooking the hardwood forest. We also have a pull-out couch. Guests have complete privacy and everything provided for a comfortable stay This is a cabin with peaceful relaxation in mind....no loud parties or anything of that nature. Come and enjoy northern Michigan's beauty in all seasons.

There are 3 beaches within 3 miles of the home. Nubs Knob and the Boyne resorts are within 30 minutes. The home was recently remodeled and is fully equipped. The home does have well water. The small faucet at the kitchen sink provides pure RO water for drinking and cooking.
