Minutes from the coast, with direct access to miles of walks and cycle routes in The New Forest, Mallards is a charming one bedroom detached cob cottage set in the large garden of our family home. An ideal place to unwind and relax, it is set away from from the rest of the property so guests can enjoy their privacy, but hosts are close by to help if needed. Clean and very comfortable the cottage is full of charm with a private patio area with views over the garden and open countryside beyond.

Juliet House is in the perfect location to explore Lymington and the New Forest. Just a few minutes walk from both the town centre and the train station but tucked away in a quiet street. The house has a lovely bright sitting room with a Juliet window with balcony doors. There are two bedrooms, one with a double size bed and ensuite and the other with a single bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, oven, grill, fridge, freezer and a dishwasher.

The sitting room is light and airy with two sofas, chairs and table and well equipped small galley kitchen which has a two ring induction hob, under worktop fridge and combination microwave which is placed on shelf above hob due to limited space.
