Gloriously peaceful, surrounded by wildlife, stunning landscape, protected ancient woodlands, and your own private river beach - with fishing rights! Wave to the 19th c. steam train puffing by on the opposite hillside. Great for walking, cycling, horse riding, wild swimming. 20min drive to Aberystwyth for castle, pier, beaches, bars, excellent restaurants, Museum and Arts Centre.

Large private double bedroom, with king size bed, ensuite with shower cubicle. The property is adjacent to the Wye Valley walk and approx 2 miles from Builth Wells. The bedroom is in a converted barn with its own access. Ideally located for walkers and easy access to the Royal Show Ground. Please note that the access to the house is via a fairly steep and narrow lane (last section is a track with loose gravel), not suitable for HGVs. We now provide super fast internet!!

This self-contained studio is the perfect location for cycling, canoeing, gliding, horse riding, fishing, wild swimming, and exploring the Black Mountains, Brecon Beacons and Wye Valley. A footpath at the door, with just a 5 min walk to the river and approx. 1 mile to the Offa's Dyke path which takes you to Hay Bluff. Very pleasant footpath/ bike route to the town . Bike storage on request, CCTV cameras on premises and free car park space provided.

Capel Cwtch

The Cwtch is a private guest suite in the garden of our home: a 1870 chapel. It is situated between New Quay and Cardigan conveniently off the A487. Guests will enjoy the light and airy room with a lovely outlook. People staying will have sole use of the hot tub and garden spaces. There is also an outside bar/kitchenette area with fridge, microwave, table top oven, air fryer, George Foreman grill and kettle. There is off street parking.
