Ovaj prekrasni moderni apartman smješten je na prvom katu Ville Matea. Sastoji se od dvije sobe, jedna ima bračni krevet i toalet u sklopu sobe, a druga ima dva odvojena kreveta. Kuhinja je opremljena sa svim mogućim uređajima, blagavaonicom i pogledom na vanjski vrt i okoliš. U dvorištu se nalazi bazen veličine 45 metara kvadratni i ljetna kuhinja koju je moguće korisiti.
