Villa San Giovanni: aluguel por temporada em vila

Our stay here for our family of 5 was magical. The property itself is a hidden gem; it is a true surviving memorial of something past that has been transformed into a comfortable home base for those traveling within Sicily. The host, Chiara, was extremely responsive and accommodating in ways beyond that of a typical AirBnB experience (promptly organized local restaurant reservations, taxis, and airport transfers). And, a shoutout to Sergey (gardener and jack of all trades at the property) was also extremely pleasant and helpful.

Our stay at Villa Cycas was such an incredible experience: between the property, the surrounding small village of Salice, the scenic views of Mount Stromboli in the distance, and most importantly Ottavio as our host. Ottavio was genuinely friendly and great to talk to throughout check-in as he gave us a detailed tour of the property. His private dinner option at the villa is definitely a must add on your bucket list. Both him and his wife Paola came to the villa and cooked an amazing dinner for my family and it was great getting to know both during that experience. The villa itself was clean and the surrounding property filled lush with meticulously placed foliage including an abundance of lemon, orange, and kumquat trees that Ottavio invited us to pick the fruit from. Our family absolutely enjoyed the swimming pool and outdoor sauna along with the views of the Aeolian Islands in the distance. Thank you Ottavio for the memories our family made while at your family's villa!

Vores arrangement bestod af mon kone og jeg, vores 4 døtre og deres partnere samt 8 børnebørn i alderen 4 - 17 år. Værelsesfordelingen var fin. Vi anvendte lejligheden i underetagen til fællesrum - her var lige plads til alle 18 og soveværelset var legerum til de 4 mindste - alt fungerede upåklageligt - haven med spiseplads fungerede også fint. Indkøbsmulighed 3 minutters gang væk. Kort til stranden - 5 minutter i bil 20 minutters gang også fint, Vi anbefaler stedet på det varmeste. Vh Jens

Fabuleuse maison avec un accès privé à la plage qui fait tout le charme de l’endroit. Et de multiples terrasses toutes aussi agréables les unes que les autres. Excellent accueil de Maria Gabriella

our contact was with Pasquale , the owner I think, who was very communicative, met us at a nearby restaurant as for the first time it would be difficult to find. he also repaired one of the locks which mafe our life easier. The house has a great atmosphere, the terrace is gorgeous, we had ripe grapes hanging over our heads and the view over the sea and into the olive grove was great.

E' da nove anni che usiamo air-bnb e devo dire che questo alloggio, oltre a rispondere perfettamente alla descrizione, è quello in cui abbiamo ricevuto la migliore accoglienza ed era la casa in assoluto più fornita! gli host ci hanno lasciato moltissimi omaggi, la casa aveva a disposizione tutto il necessario per cucinare, lavarsi, lavare i piatti e i vestiti. la posizione attaccata ad un mare accessibile, e gli ampi spazi all'aperto (comprese le docce) e all'ombra, la rendono un alloggio perfetto per famiglie con bambini. Torregrotta non è un paese particolarmente interessante, quindi è bene avere l'auto se si vogliono visitare i dintorni e fare una spesa più sostanziosa. complessivamente l'alloggio è quindi più che consigliato!

We loved the house and the garden. Spent most of the time on one of the three terraces depending on where the sun was. Waking up in the morning watching the sea from the upper balcony was great. Lots of space. The neighborhood is completely quiet and it takes 10min to Milazzo by car. The beach down the stairs was magnificent and we had it to ourselves. The divecenter is only 2 min away, Thank you for hosting us.

Das Haus von Girolamo ist ein Paradies: großzügig und extrem sauber! Die Ausstattung innen und außen ist hochwertig und ordentlich. Der Außenbereich ist auch großzügig und sehr gepflegt, wir haben sehr gemütlich außen gesessen - ob am Pool oder unter dem großen Dach - herrlich! Der Pool ist natürlich ein vergnüglicher Luxus. Es ist das beste Ferienhaus, das wir je in Kalabrien hatten. Die Umgebung ist ruhig, Supermarkt ganz in der Nähe, Strand und Restaurants mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Girolamo ist so gastfreundlich - vielen Dank! Es gab immer einen netten, lockeren Kontakt. Es ist ihm wichtig, dass es seinen Gästen gut geht. Der Empfang war überaus herzlich - mit Getränken im Kühlschrank und Essen im Schrank. Eigentlich wollten wir nie wieder fahren... ;-) Vielen Dank für diese besondere und wunderschöne Unterkunft und die Herzlichkeit!

Really well located and lost of space to spread out

A beautiful, tropical-feel villa! The pool area .makes you not want to leave the property! The grill and outdoor dinning area is very welcoming. plenty of comfortable outdoor lounges and sofas. The beach right down the street is beautiful! Go the day before you want to spend there and reserve a cabana. The main villa has 2BR with doubles and the apartment outside the gate has 3. Very safe and central area to see Sicilys east coast. Our favorite excursion was to Slow Food Cucina in Noto, where you harvest, cook, eat, laugh and sing. this was a family vacation we will never forget!

Très bel emplacement avec magnifique vue et au calme. Maison fonctionnelle ,confortable et très bien équipée avec belle piscine. Hôte et son concierge accueillants et très réactifs. Il s agit d une maison avec deux chambres et deux salles de bain et de deux appartements distincts avec chacun une grande chambre et une salle de bain. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et avons pu profiter des excursions proches de Taormine,l Etna et Syracuse.

We were a party or two couples and one single person; there was ample room for enough privacy from one another both indoors and outdoors, but also ample room for lots of together time, meals around a big dining table or sitting at the numerous areas outside to eat/relax. This is truly a beautiful property. The citrus trees, grapes, persimmons, pecan trees were a delight to stroll through with a morning coffee!! We used the well stocked BBQ outside and kitchen inside; there were lots of helpful pantry items, and there were personal touches waiting for us after a very long day of travel to get to the villa. The bedroom AC units were really efficient and helpful to get the temps cooler in the night times. Marco was extremely responsive and quick to help, offer advice, google links, and friendly support when we had a small disaster (one of our party lost their passport in Sicily). I'd highly recommend Villa Tina in a family or a group of friends.

Our stay at Villa Gramati was perfect. The location was private but still in reach of local amenities and restaurants. The villa was spacious and the pool was absolutely wonderful. Martina was very helpful and responsive. I couldn’t fault our stay here, I 100% recommend. Thank you very much for having us!

our family spent the most unforgettable vacation in this house. Sebastian is one of the best hosts we have ever met! despite the delay of our flight, he personally met us and prepared food and even wine), we felt very welcome at home. The villa is located in a small quiet Sicilian city, in which everything you need for a great holiday within walking distance, restaurants, supermarkets and small grocery stores are all nearby. and most importantly, the beach is right outside the gate of the house. In fact, the house is even brighter in life than in the photo, it is very clean, with excellent kitchen equipment like at home. we really enjoyed living in it and we can't wait to return. 😘

The house located in a truly peaceful and relaxing place, with lemon trees and olive trees around; the house is very beautiful and lovely, with lovely flowers around the garden, and smell really good. Vanessa and her family are very kind and nice, provided us everything we need. It's easy to drive to so many nice restaurants nearby, and very close to several towns and cities. We had a wonderful week here!

We had the most lovely stay! The place is truly charming and you get the feeling of living in a Sicilian luxury home near a small charming town. The hosts, Giuseppe and Giulia, are warm and caring and highly service minded. They go above and beyond to make your stay pleasant, and to ensure that you see all the gems the area have to offer. We were welcomed at the villa with plates of local specialities and they even delivered desserts some nights. They picked us up at the train station when we arrived and arranged car hire. So, you’ll be in very good hands if you choose to stay here! The villa is nothing short of spectacular! Amazing view from the balcony, olive and citrus fruit trees in the back garden and a well equiped kitchen. It is nice clean and it is evident that Giuseppe and Giulia take great care of the place. In short: we highly recommend this place if you want laid back vacation with all that you need, local sicilian atmosphere and a heartwarming service.

Our daugters told that the pool was amazing and it is worth to come back next time!

We had a lovely stay at Villa Ambra. As others have mentioned in previous reviews, the place looks better than in the pictures. It was clean and had a very nice outdoor area with a pool, sunbeds, dining area, grill and table tennis. We had to check in very late, but that was no problem which was very nice. We would also like to recommend the taxi driver Carmelo and his son Luca, recommended by the host of the villa (his card is in the villa). Carmelo was like our private guide every time we needed to go somewhere and told us a lot about the history of Naxos, Taormina and Castelmola. On the final day he took us to Siracusa for a day trip, which we highly recommend!

we spent 2 weeks in the villa .It has the most stunning views of mount Etna . The villa has everything you need for a comfortable stay including a well equipped indoor and outdoor kitchen .The pool area is beautiful with lemon and orange trees .All of which you can pick and enjoy throughout your stay .It's a shirt walk into town where there are a couple of restaurants and coffee shops .There's also a supermarket . You can use the local bus and there is also a hop.on hop off tourist bus .This will take you to the tourist hot stops .We had a car which we would recommend as it allows you to explore the whole area . Parking is on the property and very secure .Giovanni was very helpful ,friendly and was very responsive when we had questions .We had a wonderful stay in the villa and felt it was great value for money . Vi var to netter hos Tatiana og Giancarlo. Stedet har alt man trenger og Tatiana var utrolig behjelpelig. Vi fikk også tilsendt en brosjyre med nyttig informasjon om stedet og hva Tatiana kunne være behjelpelig med. Stedet ligger fem til ti minutter gange i mye trapper opp til sentrum og gondolen til Mazzaro, og selve villaen ligger skjermet fra byens støy. Det er også et flott bassengområde på eiendommen som man kan benytte om ønskelig. Alt var rent og leiligheten fremsto veldig eksklusiv i møbleringen og innredningen. Det er god og skjermet parkering på eiendommen. Vi anbefaler stedet og hadde et fantastisk opphold.

We had a wonderful stay in Ornella’s Villa. The house is beautiful and well laid out. The kitchen has everything you could ever need. The en-suite bedroom was great and they had a cot and high chair there too. It is the perfect place for entertaining. Two beautiful outdoor areas to eat. It is a five minute walk to the beach but we found it difficult to leave the Villa because the pool was so amazing. Highly recommend staying here.

My family of four had a lovely 3 night stay at Sandra’s. Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. The home is comfortable for six guests and plenty for our family. The kitchen is reasonably well appointed though it lacks a full size oven if you plan on serious cooking. Everything else is there to make meals when going out is not on the table. The highlight is the amazing garden full of fruit trees and other plants. The pool area is magnificent; alas, we came in mid-April and the weather was a bit cool to enjoy it fully. You will obviously need a car to get to restaurants and city centers, but you gain privacy and incredible surroundings and views. Highly recommend.
