I must say this loud I LOVED THE STAY. We decided to visit Ganpatipule and booked this apartment on airbnb. After a long journey of 8 hours the first thing we whispered to each other(my friends) “what a positive stay which feels like a home”. I will highly recommend you guys to explore this stay option because it will be worth. Beach is near by, very corporate caretaker Shreyas, Avani tai makes yummy chicken and Dr. Niddhi who is so friendly and look after you the entire time. Hospitality is amazing, Stay is more beautifully than pictures. Well maintained!! Loved it and will go again. Vibe is very positive of flat, host also gets you best options to visit places and food. we booked the cottage but then decided to go for the main villa. Ms Nandita was kind enough to consider our request at short notice. The place itself is a rustic beauty. The charm of being isolated and the feel of having a house and then garden and then the beach was fully lived at this property. The view from balcony or having your meal sitting by the pool area was soulful. The place is isolated but then that's the charm of this place. Being in the midst of nature and yet a luxurious stay to live at. It's not just the villa but the experience that comes along as you don't feel the need to step out. The beach itself is clean beautiful and amongst the lesser known marvels. Special mention for caretaker Ram and his family who make you feel at home and are so courteous. Visit this place for the unique experience one might get. It's far from the market or the noise of city and that's what makes this place special. Already planning for next visit soon. 2 nights stay wasn't enough.

I had an amazing stay at this place! Prajwal was incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with throughout my entire stay. The property was as specific as mentioned like cleanliness, comfort. Prajwal ensured my comfort and make my trip enjoyable. I would highly recommend their place to anyone and would gladly stay there again.

Super Host, Always ready to help. Goes an extra mile to support customers. I strongly recommend this place for a Home like experience. Does not have a fancy setup but gives you a home like feeling. Big groups can easily enjoy the terrace for fun and games. Liked it thoroughly.

This is a great place to relax and have a nice quite vacation. We stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights. The host is very welcoming and helpful. The property is very well maintained and in a very peaceful location. Shailesh kaka, the owner is an amazing host. Always available for you and will provide you solutions for everything. He arranged for an escort (Shinde kaka) to come with us to the fish market at the jetty to help us select fish. Shinde kaka then prepared the fish for us also. It was absolutely delicious. Shailesh kaka also guided us with tips of what to see around Ratnagiri. In all we had a great stay. Pros: - peaceful and clean property - all amenities in working conditions - amazing hosts Cons: - Property is a bit far from Ratnagiri and Ganpatipule - food can be improved

nice cottage , clear communication, clean rooms and washroom, liners also clean, great surrounding mango coconut trees, walkable distance ratnadurga fort,shivsrusti sunrise or sunset point near by sea side , friendly and cooperative cartaker, food was authentic we just love it , decently worth visit again this place

The place is exactly how it appears in the pics. No surprises. Sanket is a helpful host and is a local. He picked us up from the station and then also arranged for breakfast. He never said no to anything. The place itself is well maintained and can easily accommodate 8-10 persons being a 3BHK. It has all basic amenities with furnished kitchen that works for a short stay. The place also has a washing machine, AC in all bedrooms, water filter, refrigerator and cooking gas. We stayed with our 2 kids. The swing (zopala) on the terrace adds to fun element. Locality is peaceful and could have been more greener. Sanket takes care of the rest. Would highly recommend this place to my friends.

We were a group of 12 people and this property was perfect and comfortable to accommodate all of us. The sea view is beautiful and very peaceful. We enjoyed our 2 days stay there. I highly recommend this place. The host is very proactive and friendly. He suggested many good places around to explore and he was prompt in fulfilling our requests. Great place, great view and great host. :)
