Tonya's place was perfect for us! The central location right off Main Street in Ojay allowed us to leave the car parked at the AirB&B and walk everywhere. That added to our relaxation. And the restaurants within walking distance offer a huge variety of different tastes. I was surprised how quiet, protected, and safe it felt despite being in the back of a street-facing property yet surrounded by a high wall. The tiny backyard is very romantic and delightful. It has enough furniture that we could have had another 1 to 3 over for a glass of wine sitting under romantic lights if we wanted to. The colorful tiled bathroom is a piece of art - slightly like Hundertwasser! - and worth a visit on its own! I especially appreciated the good quality mattress, lovely bedding, and two different sleeping pillows to choose from. I often struggle to sleep in hotel beds, and Tonya's bed arrangement for her guests is top-notch. When we come back to Ojai, we will always look to book her AirB&B again.

The host Linda was very responsive. We were evacuated due to the Palisades and other wild fires, and we were very disappointed! But Linda called in the middle of the night telling us we had to leave. Power went out eventually in the unit and we returned quickly to retrieve all of our belongings. We were able to go and stay with friends we were supposed to be visiting. Since the situation was so terrible, we arranged to leave early for our second destination and Linda was very gracious about refunding our early departure and Airb&b was very helpful and refunded our entire stay. Hopefully, when we return for our son’s wedding in May we will have the full experience!

Un séjour magnifique dans les montagnes!!! La maison était cozy et bien décorée, et nous avons pu profiter de la cour de la piscine à tous les jours. Emma et sa famille étaient vraiment charmants, gentils et discrets; nous avions toute notre intimité. Si vous aimez les randonnées, il y en a une multitude dans les alentours à moins de 15 minutes de voiture. Nous visiterons à nouveau, c’est certain :)

Jennifer & Mike made everything so easy for me when I checked-in. The directions they gave me were very detail oriented. This place was spotlessly clean & the inside looked just like the photos, only better! The space itself was just perfect & had everything I could ever possibly need! Jennifer even left me lots of snacks which I appreciate. The property was just beautiful, surrounded by all the trees & tons of wildlife. It is so quiet and serene. The bed was so comfortable I slept like a baby every night. I always felt safe there if I was coming home after dark; as it is very well lit. Jennifer gave the best recommendations for things to do in the area. It is close to literally everything. I wish we had the chance to chat more, as Jennifer is so thoughtful and sweet. Their dogs are so friendly and adorable. I really felt sorry to leave & go back to reality! I already can't wait to come back! Thank you for making my stay so special!

Had a wonderful stay at this cute little cottage! The location is absolutely amazing—close to everything you need, including the beautiful ocean and hiking trails in Montecito and Santa Barbara. It’s the perfect spot for a weekend retreat. The cottage was cozy and well-equipped, making it feel like a home away from home. We can't wait to return! Highly recommended!

Our 4th time back to the Oak & Avo grotto and will return again! Love the peaceful and lush surroundings, and coziness of the space.

Wonderful Airbnb and responsive host! Would stay again

We used Lemon and Avacado Inn as home base for our son’s wedding. We loved both properties. It was so quiet and beautiful!!! Sheryl was so responsive. This location allowed us to get some quiet time during a busy weekend. I highly recommend the property.

Jayes and his family are the best hosts. They have become an extended family being at their place every couple of months for the past two years when visiting my children in Simi Valley is a blessing and joy. Thank you for everything 🌸🤍

The pictures of the apartment correspond to reality. Taber is very accommodating and there was simply nothing missing. I can recommend without any problems. Taber is a great host!!

This was our second time staying here, and it was absolutely perfect. We love the peaceful setting and especially enjoyed the beautiful outdoor space and furniture. Loved walking to coffee in the morning and going for walks in the neighborhood. All around great place to stay!

All I can say is Wow!! The house was stunning and in a beautiful location. You could see the ocean from the balcony and was tucked up in the canyon which was so peaceful and quiet. The space was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. There were plenty of spices, coffee, tea, creamers and condiments to utilize. I appreciated that she also had extra toiletries in the bathroom like q-tips, cotton balls, sunscreen, aloe vera gel (which came in handy for my sunburn!) It was only a 4min drive to the beach from her house and about 5-10mins to a variety of shops/restaurants depending which direction you go on the highway. Overall, I’d def recommend this place to future travelers. It’s comfy, cozy, quiet and perfect for some rest and relaxation. I’ll def be back!

Nice property, looked just like the pictures and was very clean.

Thomas was so accommodating and responsive. His place is wonderfully decorated and the bed is so comfy! It is a great yard for a dog- there is a whole side yard as well. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you might need. Would love to stay at Thomas’ place again :)

My granddaughter and I had the pleasure of staying in this adorable cottage! The bed was amazing, lots of thoughtful extras, wonderful outdoor area which we really enjoyed. The home was spotless and the decor was clean and very cute. I love the clean feeling of the entire house. The location is amazing. We went on several walks in the neighborhood and the grocery store is walkable, as well as restaurants! I'm very happy with my choice!

Yuval has a beautiful unit in a perfect location. I've been staying here for a few months post the Palisades Fire and he has been so accommodating and helpful. One of the best hosts I've worked with and an overall cozy property with everything you could need!

This is my third stay with Travis and Audra. They are very nice and friendly and respectful. Great experience.

Shannon's place is hands down the most beautiful airbnb I've ever stayed at, both inside and out. The views off the patio and the pool deck are unmatched, and the interior is thoughtfully furnished with quality designer items. Everything was perfect. Shannon is an incredibly responsive host who has done a lot of work to make her home accessible and open to guests. This is a one of a kind property with an amazing energy.

Carla’s place was absolutely perfect. We were surprised upon arrival to see that it was even better than the pictures and description. The view is incredible and the lofted view from the bed is amazing. We loved the open layout and had such a relaxing time. There are awesome walking trails less than a mile from the Airbnb that my husband and I enjoyed. It is also easily walkable to the beach. There are grocery stores and restaurant within a 5 minute drive and everything was very easy to get to. We felt very safe and secure at the property and everything is very well taken care of. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen had ample amenities for making meals, coffee, etc. We also had the pleasure of meeting Bruce and his dog and that was a highlight of our trip as well. Very nice hosts, very nice property, and we would love to be back someday. You cannot go wrong booking this place. Everything was truly perfect.

Stacee was kind and responsive. My fiance and I enjoyed the nice AC and sound machine in the studio. The cabinets were nice and clean, full of complimentary snacks and food, the fridge was stocked with plenty of drinking water, and there were clean dishes to use readily available. The area is pleasant, the local peacocks are the only noisy thing I found about the whole neighborhood, and even they were not too noisy at all. The views of the hills is gorgeous even just from the driveway. The drive along nearby box canyon provides wonderful sights to see along the way over to nearby Simi Valley. The residents of the main building on the property were kind and friendly. The complimentary items were a lifesaver, I cut my foot at the beach while out and was able to clean it at the airbnb and apply treatment to it with the items available in the cabinet. Checkout was easy. The entire stay was pleasant and I would be more than happy to choose to stay at Stacee's Airbnb again.

Us travelers know that pictures never do the right justice. Oscar’s place was better than the photos, absolutely spotless, included a washer & dryer (bring your own detergent) There is a lot of thought in Oscar’s place that helps you feel right at home. I will definitely be back to stay and would recommend his place to my friends and fellow travelers. Thank you Oscar!

We were so kindly greeted by Billy and Dora upon arrival and got a tour of the place. The mountain views were spectacular from the bottom deck and breath taking from the top deck. The fountain was so peaceful to listen to at night. It was a perfect getaway from the city! We can’t wait to stay here again.
