Boatel California Stay on a Boat in Ventura Harbor

Best location in the Harbor- It is a 40' boat so more like a large Floating RV than a hotel! There is plenty of room to sleep and relax. The boat doesn't ever leave the dock. You will get to experience living on a boat, but since it is always attached to the dock you will never have to worry about sea sickness! It is less than 100 feet to all the action at Ventura Harbor Village with restaurants, live music, shops, wine tasting, famous ice cream shop, a gorgeous beach, Island Packers, and more!

Monte Nido Retreat, minutes to Malibu/Pepperdine

Monte Nido is nestled in the Santa Monica Mountains between Calabasas and Malibu, 5 minutes away from Pepperdine University in Malibu. You can walk to the Backbone trail head from our yard. The guest house has a private entrance, full kitchen, bath and french doors that open up to a private patio with a fountain. There is also a private deck for star gazing and afternoon naps. Perfect for hiking, biking, surfing, and relaxation. There are no streetlights or sidewalks. It is truly paradise.

You will enjoy a bright, open living and dining area, connected to beautifully modern kitchen, front bedroom with a queen bed, shared "Jack and Jill" bathroom, large master bedroom, king bed and French door access to the backyard with a hot tub for 6. Additionally, a unique studio above the garage we feel is like your own private treehouse. This includes a third bedroom, queen bed, bathroom, and shower.

Founded in 1875 this Old West ranch allows guests to enjoy comfortable living in the Forest. Close to town but with no neighbors for miles. Hike forest trails with access from the property, a private, sustainable off the grid getaway. The Ranch has two spring fed ponds and a creek running through it. Interact with a wide variety of farm animals and experience abundant wildlife. Guests are provided a jeep to explore the majestic hills and the scenic 200-acre grounds.
