Venezia: aluguel por temporada para famílias com crianças

Paola è stata molto gentile e molto disponibile con noi. Eravamo in 10 e ci siamo trovati benissimo dato che la casa è bellissima, molto completa e spaziosa. Abbiamo passato un bellissimo capodanno con degli amici e ci piacerebbe molto tornare. Grazie Paola per la flessibilità nell'orario di check-in e nella disponibilità per aiutarci con le decorazioni. Super consigliato!

If this flat is available for your time frame, don’t hesitate. Possibly the best place I ever rented. Excellent location, pristinely clean, Great beds. Carlo went above and beyond to show us are surrounding area and highlights. Take his advice on the bakery and restaurant. So happy we were able to experience this place. I would go back. Thanks

Idéalement placé pour aller à Venise en bus (arrêt à 15 minutes à pied). Logement très calme et bien situé dans un terrain entièrement clôturé avec un grand parking et portail électrique. Marco est très accueillant et parle bien français. Il nous a communiqué quelques jours avant notre arrivée plein d'informations très utiles. Il y a plusieurs logements à la location sur la propriété, nos enfants ont pu jouer avec d'autres enfants malgré la barrière de la langue.

El apartamento es como nuevo y muy bien cuidado. Dispone de todos los servicios útiles (2 duchas, 3 camas y una supletoria, lavadora, wifi). Está en una zona a la entrada de la ciudad, tranquila y peatonal, cerca de las estaciones de autobuses y tren, con un supermercado cerca. Muy cómodo para no arrastrar maletas por la ciudad. Aunque esté más lejos de lo más destacable de Venecia, es un detalle muy menor porque la ciudad es impresionante en cada uno de sus rincones. Fabiano ha sido siempre muy disponible y comprensivo. Un 10!

Die Lage ist super – ruhig und charmant und allem in der Nähe, das man braucht. außerdem ganz nah am Piazzale Roma und damit gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist neu, sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet, wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Wir waren mit unserem 5-jährigen Sohn dort, die Treppen waren für uns kein Problem – mit kleineren Kindern könnte das aber schwierig sein. Sara war jederzeit gut erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir würden sofort wiederkommen!

Excellent séjour en famille à 4 chez Barbara, quartier étudiant très sympathique et authentique. Appartement bien chauffé pour l'hiver, très agréable et cosy. Lumineux avec un grand Velux. Lits très confortables Cuisine petite mais bien équipée pour cuisiner. Supermarché et épiceries proches pour faire les courses. Vaporetto 2 sur le quai à quelques minutes à pied. Presque direct pour San Marco. On peut explorer Venise facilement et se promener dans les petites ruelles, les ponts et places autour de l'appartement. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Attention, si vous avez des problèmes locomoteurs: Escalier raide et étroit pour acceder au logement.

Highly recomended place. We had a great experience at Ariana's house, the apartment was clean and had all the amenities that were listed. She and her husband were supersupportive. I would love to go there again if I get a chance to visit italy again.

Meraviglioso appartamento vicino al porto, arredato con cura, molto spazioso e con una bellissima terrazza. Ci siamo sentiti molto a nostro agio e prenoteremmo di nuovo l'appartamento in qualsiasi momento. Venezia è a soli 30 minuti di navigazione. Dear Nicola & Francesco - We have had a wonderful 5 night stay in your home - it is beautifully presented , a location dream - just far enough away from the hustle & bustle of Venice , with local supermarkets x 2 , restaurants and bars within a couple of minutes and 20 mins from St Marks square walking slowly . We’ve used the water buses , walked a lot , seen so much of your beautiful Venice . When we return it will be to your beautiful apartment . Giovanna ha estado pendiente todo el tiempo de nuestra estancia. Respondía rápidos, siembre muy amable y con muy buenas recomendaciones. Nos facilitó sitio para dejar las maletas una vez hecho el check-out. El apartamento es pequeño pero hemos estado los 4 muy bien. La situación es perfecta para pasear y muchos sitios para comer cerca. Nos encararía volver!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden! Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und ist von überall gut zu erreichen. Wir wurden zur Unterkunft gebracht und bekamen einige Tipps für die Umgebung. Alle Informationen waren sehr hilfreich. Vielen Dank!

Wir haben uns in den letzten vier Wochen des Aufenthalts hervorragend untergebracht gefühlt. Nach einem ausführlichen Checkin durch Elena hat alles super geklappt, die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, ruhig und insbesondere Elena war immer unterstützend, freundlich und hilfsbereit! Wir haben uns eigentlich immer wie zu Hause gefühlt und können deshalb die Unterkunft von Elena bestens empfehlen! An dieser Stelle nochmals herzlichen Dank dafür.

My family of four really enjoyed this space. The location was perfect, very walkable to various places but private and quiet in the mornings and evenings. The apartment was spacious and sufficient amenities. Cristina was helpful with instructions on the heating when, provided several restaurant recommendations, and was very communicative about how to check in/out. I would recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Venice.

Alloggio posizionato al piano terra nei pressi di una corte silenziosissima.All'interno dell'appartamento tutto perfetto (esattamente come nelle foto) e sopratutto PULITISSIMO. Alloggio completo di tutto il necessario, compresa lavatrice e ferro da stiro che noi non abbiamo utilizzato. Cucina completa di tutto il necessario (microonde, caffettiera, tostapane, detersivo piatto e spugnette). Bagno pulitissimo con una porta che da su una zona di servizio ma utilissimo. In bagno forniti bagnoschiuma sapone e shampoo oltre al phon. Viorica è stata gentilissima sia al check-in che al checkout permettendoci di lasciare i bagagli al sicuro post checkout. Posizione nel centro di Venezia comodissmo al traghetto San Marcuola. Alloggio consigliatissimo e host super gentile.

If you’re on the fence about booking this space for your time in Venice—don’t be! It is amazing, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time in this beautiful airbnb. Not only was it peaceful, but it was central to all of the different divisions/neighborhoods of Venice. Also, the hosts went above and beyond to help us tourists figure out the island. Excelente alojamiento, se puede tomar el bus cerca al apartamento para ir a Venecia. pero lo mejor fue la atención de Sara y su familia, son muy amables, volvería sin duda a alejarme aquí

チェックインはわかりやすく周辺施設の情報やヴェネツィアまで行くためのバス停などの情報も提供してもらえました。キッチンは使いやすく、近くにスーパーもあったので快適に過ごせました。ヴェネツィアまでは家から約30分でつきますので、3泊の滞在中，毎日バスで向かうのにも苦になりませんでした。 ホストのジェシカは滞在中、いつも私たちを気にかけてくれました。ヴェネツィアの滞在にお勧めできるお家です。

Beatrice is the most valuable host we ever had. We were surprised to meet her near the water boat station, where she and her husband helped us with the suitcases. She gave us any information we asked for: that was more than helpful, given that Venice is a "complicated" city. The apartment was clean and perfectly equipped. Next time we visit Venice, we will book at Beatrice's place again.

This is the second time I have stayed at Laura’s beautiful Palazzo apartment. It is right on the Grand Canal and each morning I awoke to the beautiful sight and sounds of Venice through the big pane window. It is a dream apartment with painted ceilings and elegant antiques. The bath water is hot and there is even two friendly kitties who live in the garden and building. I am right at home and plan to return again. Thank you Laura for your excellent communications and kindness in meeting me upon my arrival and helping me set up a Water Taxi for a return to the airport. It was a perfect experience! Sandra

Perfect spacious sanctuary right in the heart of Venice! Great central location and has all the facilities needed for a very comfortable stay. Our host Novella was kind and communicative. If you’re taller or have a bigger build, then you may have trouble in the shower but otherwise highly recommend and we will be back!

The place was great! Had everything we needed and was very clean and mostly comfortable. The place is located in a quiet neighborhood but close to the supermarket, shops and bakery. Gabriele is a great host, provided us with useful information on what to see and how to get around. The apartment is very close to Venice by city bus/metro and if you are looking to see any other place such as Lago di Garda or Verona, it's a great starting point. Gabriele's place is highly recommended.
