It has all the modern conveniences like - AC to cool down in summer, hot tub (at extra cost), even Bluetooth speaker. Sip your morning coffee on the private terrace, spend lazy afternoons in the hammock with a good book, or fall asleep to the sounds of the forest.

Built in 2017, this private 60 m2 winter-proof wooden house has 1 bedroom with a double bed and a large living room with an open kitchen. There is also an electric sauna and terrace that opens up to a meadow that is being naturally rewilded into a forest. Lots of natural light, AC, heated floors, a fully equipped kitchen, sauna and 4G wi-fi will provide a comfortable and relaxing stay in all seasons. There is a 22kW EV charger at your disposal, powered by 100% renewable electricity.

Näha võib põtru, metssigu, rebaseid ja piirivalvureid, muidu oled täiesti omapäi. Öösel selge taevaga tuleb linnutee nii lähedale, et tunned ennast selle osana ja võid kuulda omaenese südame lööke. IMPORTANT for visitors from 2nd November - 31st March: UNFORTUNATELY WE CANNOT USE THE HOT-TUB DURING THE WINTER AND ONLY THE SAUNA IS AVAILABLE. We will open the hot-tub again from 1st April 2026. The house is located in and incredibly beautiful place, in the middle of the forests, next to a private pond and Võhandu river. Everything you see on the photos (inc. the hot-tub, the sauna, gas grill, paddle boards and a canoe) is for you to use and included in the price.

This beautiful and unique 2BDR, second floor apartment with high sealing and big windows is located just steps away from the Tamula lake. You can enjoy the breathtaking views of the sunrise as well as a romantic sunset from a furnished balcony. This apartment has a spacious living room with open kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, water machine, oven, stove, water kettle, toaster, wine fridge, dish washer, washing machine and cutlery.

Onu Tommi onnikene on mõnus palkmaja, keset Karula Rahvuspargi rohelust. (Osa talu kompleksist.) Maja 2.korrusel on kaks laia põrandavoodit ning 1.korrusel voodi ühele. Lisaks kööginurgale majakeses on võimalik kasutada suurt välikööki talu hoovis, välidušši, lõkkeaset ja grilli.
