Welcome to your lakeside retreat on Garnsviken, where a private dock with a rowboat awaits. Enjoy fishing, swimming, forest walks, padel and golf. Pick mushrooms in the autumn. Winter offers skating and relaxation in peaceful surroundings. Conveniently situated 20 minutes from downtown Stockholm and 5 minutes from Åkersberga (by car). Our modern house offers all necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. This idyllic escape provides year-round opportunities for adventure and relaxation alike.

This house is right at the waters edge. 63 sq meter. Very calm, perfect for a romantic weekend. Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. Or take a tour in the archipelago. 1 double kayak and 2 single kayaks are included.

The Pool House

Koppla av i detta smakfulla boende som ligger perfekt ute på landet mellan Stockholm och Uppsala nära Arlanda. Njut av poolen på en stor härlig terrass rakt utanför altandörren. Alla sovrum har mörkläggningsgardiner, köket är fullt utrustat, helkaklat badrum med tvättmaskin, samt parkering med laddstolpe. Fälten bjuder ofta på en utsikt med rådjur och harar. I skogen intill finns det en fin tur på 4,5 km. Kor och hästar betar i de intilliggande hagarna. Direktbuss till Arlanda ca 1-2 ggr/h.

A few meters to the lake with for swimming. 15 minutes to Arlanda Airport and 35 minutes to Stockholm City. Sigtuna is the oldest town in Sweden with lots of charming restaurants, cafés and shops.

Huset ligger bara ett par kilometer från en trevlig strand i Edsviken och 2km till EdsbergsEdsbergs Sportfält med skidbacke, bikepark, höghöjdsbana, löparslingor och konstgräsplaner.

Ett unikt sjönära boende med fin utsikt över Åkers kanal, Åkersbro och Prästfjärden. Här bor ni i ett varsamt renoverat magasin i tre plan från ca 1850 med bevarad charm. Huset känns både lyxigt och ombonat och har en fantastisk atmosfär och lugn. OBS! Ej säkert för mindre barn; trappor utan räcken, fönster utan barnspärr i golvnivå med hög fallhöjd. Ej tillgänglighetsanpassat.
