The house exceeded our expactations! I would give for this place 6 stars out of 5! The house in reallity has much more facilities than at that time when we reserved it. We were surprised to find completele new garden terrace, which was equiped fully! The swimming pool is amazing and for our family of 5 members was big enough! The garden is very nice with well maintained plants, evening solar lighting, children's playground and comfortable furniture. In the garden also we found sauna with jacuzzi! The house with three bedrooms is equiped with A/C - seperate in each room, so we could regulate the temperature in each room separately! The kitchen has a lot of facilities - airfryier, gas stove, oven, kettle, microwave, coffe machine, dishwasher. Also a lot of ketlery, plates, cups and etc. In the terrace there is a big box with pool and garden toys. The sleeping during night was very comfortable, because it was very silent. The area is very quiet and relaxing. The highest recomendations!!!

Very nice Appartement / House in Cullera. Plenty of space for families. Great sea view. Raul is a great host. Easy to reach, fast reactions, great tips, Helpful and friendly. It's located in a living area nearly on the top of the hill. Nearby the beaches of Cullera and not far from restaurants, shopping possibilities and the city center. The kitchen is well sorted, you have a private garage, washingmachine, TV, Projector and a private Jacuzzi as well as a Pool (shared within the building complex).

Casa acogedora con unas vistas maravillosas. Si vas con niños que era nuestro caso la sala de juegos es una maravilla. Además Raquel tuvo en cuenta que íbamos en Navidad, época de frío, para poner unas estufas en la sala de juegos para que estuviéramos de maravilla y fue todo un acierto. Gracias. el resto de la casa con aire frío y calor en todas las estáncias. La casa un 10. si tuvoese que poner un pero para los más exigentes es que para ir a la playa debes coger el coche o pegarte una muy buena caminata.. En nuestro caso no fue problema. Mencionar también que Raquel estuvo durante toda la estancia activa y dispuesta para resolver cualquier cosa. Personalmente me hubiese gustado ser recibido por alguien en lugar de recoger las llaves dentro de una caja, pero eso son gustos y colores, nada que ver con la casa y el trato recibido por teléfono. Perfecto todo..!!

Beim Checkin haben wir ca. 45 Minuten warten müssen da die Reinigung sich verzögert hat. Die vorherigen Gäste waren mal später mit dem Checkout. Ein paar Male würden wir von Kakerlaken besucht in den obere Badezimmer. Es scheint eine Invasion in dem Gebiet zu sein haben mir meine dort lebenden Freunde erzählt. Das nervige war es dass am Abend ist immer mal der Stromausfall gewesen beim Abendessen Zubereitung beschäftigt warst. Der Netz ist überlastet mit die Klimaanlagen, Herd, Fernseher und sämtliche Geräte. Ansonsten wir und unsere Jugendlichen waren sehr zufrieden in der Unterkunft. Netflix und Playstation vorhanden. Wir waren zum 4. Mal in der Region und finden es wunderschön.

The terrace views are fantastic, the place is clean and the kitchen and the living room are very spacious. In the kitchen you will find a lot of useful appliances. The host is very quick to answer and helpful. You get a lot of useful tips before you arrive to the house. Be mindful that a walk to the beach is not an option until you are a fan of long distances, but the view overlooking the bay fully compensates it. The stairs in the house are quite steep so be aware of that when traveling with little kids. The only minus I can find in this house is the fact that after a few (4-5) people took a warm shower, the rest of us had to wait about an hour for hot water to arrive, but it was not very burdensome. Overall, highly recommended!

We had a great time at Sergio's house in L'Eliana. In fact the photos of the property don't really do it justice. It was actually larger than I thought from the photos. On a very quiet road, with off street parking, it felt both safe and peaceful. The facilities in the property were excellent. The kitchen/diner and main bedroom stand out. The kitchen was smart, clean and had all the gadgets we needed. It was also bright and had a large area for dining (there is also an inside and outside dining area as well!). The main bedroom is huge! Well heated (it was early Feb during our stay) with completely dark shutters, a giant bed, and a walk in wardrobe. It also had an ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi! In terms of location, we had a hire car and drove everyday. the walk into L'Eliana whilst not long, is also not a short walk, especially with little ones. However, L'Eliana itself had everything we needed to support our stay.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt. Die Villa ist sehr gut ausgestattet und eine absolute Wohlfühl-Oase. Mike ist sehr zuvorkommend und ein wirklich guter Gastgeber. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können die Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Beim Empfang haben zwei köstliche Weine auf uns gewartet, was uns sehr gefreut hat.

De villa was nog mooier dan de foto’s, geweldig ruim. Mooie kamers. Superluxe afgewerkt. Werkelijk alles wat je nodig hebt was aanwezig. Schone zwembad en heerlijk warme jacuzzi. Wij waren met 9 personen en hebben werkelijk niks negatiefs te melden. Alberto was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Hij heeft de villa zelf ontworpen en het is werkelijk een kunstwerk. Kan deze villa zeer aanbevelen. Als je op reis bent met de family bent en wilt genieten van luxe, maar toch ook op korte rijafstand wilt zijn van Valencia dan is dit de plek.

A beautiful house and incredible outside space. We stayed with friends and we all had a fantastic time as did the children who lived in the pool. Nicolas was friendly, helpful and fast to respond to questions. It’s a quiet area but a couple of nice restaurants within walking distance.

Fabulous accommodation for our girls holiday. Close to the metro for transport to the city & not too far by taxi. Great communication from the host. Would recommend.

Una estancia muy agradable, con una localización muy tranquila y acogedora. Raquel respondió rápido a nuestras consultas. Merece la pena.

Lovely apartment with beautiful sea views and semi-private pool. Quiet area, very peaceful. Apartment is accurately advertised and looks like the pictures. Downside is that you do need a hire car to get to the beaches and there are no walkable shops nearby. Nearest shop and beach and 5 min drive. Host was excellent - responsive, helpful and made the stay very easy. Would recommend for a rest and recharge break.

Super séjour, un cadre extraordinaire, propre et entretenu. Tout y était avec en plus le calme et la tranquillité. Les personnel sur place est très agréable. Si je dois faire une petite critique se serai un petit rafraîchissement des sols de la cuisine et un logement pour 8 personnes avec une seule place de parking. Mais bon cela n’a pas gâché notre séjour, je garde l’adresse.

Superbe maison avec 2 belles terrasses proposant une magnifique vue. La maison est spacieuse et très fonctionnelle pour une famille. La piscine est agréable et pas trop fréquentée. Je recommande l'endroit pour de belles vacances. La maison étant en hauteur sur la colline, je recommande plutôt d'être en voiture. La descente jusque la plage se fait facilement en 15 minutes mais la montée peut-être fatigante. Bon séjour!
