Auch die Kommunikation war super und das Welcome Book mit den Tipps für die Umgebung und allen wichtigen Hinweisen zur Unterkunft war sehr hilfreich. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Really cute and homey apartment. The parking lot behind the building had ample room. The location was superb for walking to for food and fun. Very peaceful with calming views surrounded by tall lush trees and the sound of birds echoing each morning. Being one block from the Governor's Mansion provided added peace of mind seeing their security always present nearby. I would definitely book this apartment again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Mickie's place was very clean and smelled great. His place was the cleanest Airbnb I have been to. There were extra towels for the bathroom, which was nice and towels in the kitchen. The kitchen had what we needed. The washing machine and dryer were clean. I would definitely stay there again.

I have stayed here a few time, Wendy and Greg are great, my last stay was for 2 months. I have stayed in a lot of Airbnb‘s, thier place if my favorite, I love the back deck a the view, very private ,quiet an clean.

Manuel's place was very nice and easy to find. He was very responsive to questions/concerns had. No complaints and would stay again. Close to grocery store and restaurants along the parkway.

We really enjoyed our stay at Kiera's charming AirBNB. It's nestled in an historic neighborhood close to VSU and downtown, yet far enough away to be peaceful and relaxing. The house was clean, spacious, and well-appointed (snacks and a choice of pods or ground coffee). Kiera was easy to communicate with and she was especially generous with recommendations of restaurants and local points of interest. Highly recommend!

We stayed at William’s home twice and both times it was immaculate, beautifully decorated, comfortable furniture and bed. The fenced yard was just what our puppy needed after a day of traveling. We absolutely loved staying here and this home!

Tammy's place was exactly as it was described. It is indeed an Oasis! From the time we walked in everything was all I expected and more. The home smelled amazing, the rooms were all clean and fresh. With the weather being warm we also got to the enjoy the pool. It was a good time for my son as well as the game room upstairs. It was a perfect place for him to play safely and he loved it. Everything that we needed she had. We travel with our own towels but we really appreciated that she provides them! Definitely came in handy. I also love how she decorated the home it felt so comfy and welcome. It was the perfect stay to end a two week vacation. I would definitely book again. The surrounding area was so quiet and peaceful.

Very happy with my stay here! The nightly rate is a great value considering the location and everything provided in the house. Ameer and Tacorra answered messages quickly and seem like awesome people. Ameer and the house definitely exceeded expectations.

My daughter stayed in the apt for 58 nights. The apartment and the location were exceptional. Looked 100% like the photos. The host was absolutely phenomenal, friendly, communicative, and addressed all of our questions on a timely manner. I will recommend staying here short or long term. Experience was 10/10!

Jennifer was a great host and her place is absolutely fabulous. It was a bit much space for just my wife and I but you can't beat the location.. and that's why we chose it. This place is a real charmer.

Excellent host! I've been coming to Perry for nearly 30 years. This is a peaceful area where all are invited and meant to be treated like family! Thanks again for the invite to the Fishing Tourney and fish fry afterwards. Will hopefully stay again!

Absolutely fabulous condo with cool surroundings of stores and restaurants. Condo is decorated very cozy and comfortable. Loved Fairway Tavern near the unit! Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend to others as I've stayed at many places in Valdosta and this one is at the top!

Myself and a colleague stayed here while we were working the Sunbelt AG Expo. I brought my 2 pugs along. Perfect size for us - 2 BRs and 2 baths, all in clean and tidy order. The living room was comfy and along with the big screen on the wall, felt like home. There was only one issue and it happened the last morning we were there so they didn’t have the opportunity to fix it: the washer wouldn’t pump the water out. We had used it the few days previously but it stopped on the last day. I don’t consider that the renter’s fault so I didn’t think it should affect the star rating. Thanks you for the comfy stay! I’ll be looking you up next year when we come for the show!

Had a work project in Valdosta so we wanted to make it a family trip and definitely picked a great spot! It was a short drive on what I would call back roads to my job site. Our first initial thought was how clean and charming it felt. Ashleigh was super accommodating and thoughtful knowing we were traveling with our little ones. Stayed for 2 1/2 weeks and spent a lot of time outside in the huge open area by the lake. Our daughters loved catching fish and spent hours doing so. The beds were very comfortable and the house had a very cozy feeling/vibe. We did plenty of cooking and the kitchen came fully equipped. A great lake view with beautiful sunrises. The town was very quiet and peaceful and seemed safe, never had a worry. Would definitely recommend this place if you are thinking of visiting the area. I know we will definitely be renting from Ashleigh again.

This Airbnb has every store you can possibly need within a few minutes, most things are walkable. The area is quiet and beautiful! The place was spotless 10/10. Highly recommend to anyone considering this stay!
