Ken is friendly, communicative, and very helpful in making sure the reservations were confirmed with Grand Timber. I really enjoyed the stay, the amenities, and the proximity to the ski resort!

My son (6) and I really enjoyed our stay at the Grand Timber - the unit was cozy and clean, the amenities were far beyond what we expected, and the staff was so thoughtful and helpful. The resort was so incredibly family friendly (great pools, rentable movie theaters, game room, crafts), and we loved the proximity to downtown and skiing. The free and protected parking was a big perk, and I found our stay was an excellent value for the price. We'd absolutely book Ken's place again for a family vacation the Breckenridge!

We had a fantastic week skiing Breckenridge - the capacity to ski in and out was amazing. The shuttle will take you almost anywhere you might want to go in town - and then pick you up! Amenities are stellar - everything is as listed. We loved the convenience of being in a serviced unit - the front desk and concierge are super responsive and helpful. The space itself is light filled, very clean and spacious for four even when using the pull-out couch. Grand Timber allowed us to use the amenities before our room was ready and after check-out which enabled us to ski more days. Highly recommend!

This place was perfect. It is located right on Peak 7 which allows ski in and ski out so easy. The gondola is right here allowing you to go into the city or up to Peak 8. There is storage lockers for your gear, great hot tubs, pools, grills and more. The suite was perfect with a small kitchen, king sized bed, pull out couch, and large bathroom. It was very comfortable for two adults and one child. We will definitely be back next ski season!

Great place, in a superb hotel in a fantastic locatiion. Kids loved the pool, & games room I loved the hot tubs. The access to skiing was perfect.

We had the most wonderful time. The place is just amazing, right next to the ski slopes, yet calmer than Peak 8. Super easy to get around, either with the car we had rented, or using the free gondola that has a stop just nearby. We didn't ski, but the hotel seems perfect for it, we did however use the outdoor heated jacuzzis with the kids, including the water slide, we reserved twice the private movie theater, and overall just had the best Christmas time. The kids loved the breakfast waffles they have daily in the hotel! The bed is quite big and comfortable, the only point not as great was the sofa bed that is not so comfortable for an adult, although it was more than fine for our older kid. The host was just as wonderful as the hotel, super quick to reply, friendly and helpful. Thank you, we loved it!

We have stayed here for the last 2 years. The location is great, being ski-in, ski-out is a top priority for us, the hot tubs looking up the mountain are great for apres ski. The Sevens restaurant on site is very good and a nice option if you don't want to go downtown or cook. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Everything was great. Only suggestion would be to change check out time to 10am. It says 11am on the app but check out is at 10am.

Easy check in/out. The place was beautiful and the hot tub is fantastic. Great location to jump right on the gondola.

Wonderful location excellent facility and enjoyed it very much

The stay was awesome and truly felt like home. Very clean and well equipped. Short walk to the lift and free storage of ski made the experience much more sweeter, truly a ski in/ski out. Short easy 5 min walk to town. Only drawback and complaint was a last minute reservation change by owner which the first 2 days was for some reason unavailable so I had to scramble to find another place to stay temporarily, but after that and once checked in everything went flawless, still had a great time. It was a little stressful trying to find another place to stay at the last minute but Caden was very responsive and communication was good throughout the process. Would definitely stay again and hopefully there won’t be any last minute changes.

10/10 most definitely recommend. This was our first Airbnb experience and I hope they are all this great. We definitely had a few questions and Jan was just an E-mail away. Check-in was a breeze and they allowed us to check-in 3 hrs early from driving 17hrs away. The room was just as great. From having just about everything you can think of from measuring cups to Pizza pans and all the cooking tools you needed to stay in and cook something homemade.
