The house has 3 floors, only 2 floors (ground floor+basement) are in use for you. Nobody is using the upper floor. 700 meters to the nearest swimming beach. Rowing boat below the house. Cottage in a peaceful quarter close to the city center. The cottage has a 120 cm bed and a 120 cm sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, stove, air fryer, microwave, coffee maker and a electric kettle. the whole cottage is privately for the guests to use. No pets allowed. The cottage is a part of our home, so we kindly request all guests to treat it with respect. All service, including the train-station are within a few minutes walking distance.
