Utrechtse Heuvelrug: aluguel por temporada para famílias com crianças

Hartelijk dank voor de gastvrijheid! Het huisje is van alle gemakken voorzien en ruimer dan ik van tevoren gedacht had. Wat een prachtige locatie! Ik heb de rust en het uitzicht enorm gewaardeerd. Heerlijk om tot rust te komen op deze mooie plek. Ik heb vooral veel in de tuinkamer gezeten. Hier had ik het uitzicht op de koeien in de aangrenzende wei. Ook het wakker worden in de ochtend zonder wekker, maar met het geluid van de vele vogeltjes was fijn! Toen de zon scheen kon ik heerlijk in de luwte van de struiken/bomen zitten en genieten. Nogmaals: bedankt! En ik kom graag nog eens terug.

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub mit einem wirklich schönem Haus. Wir konnten netterweise auch den Garten nutzen. Das alte Haus hat einen ganz eigenen Charme und ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt- nicht zuletzt durch Kater Henk. Sandy und Martijn waren für uns gut erreichbar und gaben uns prima Tipps zur Erkundung der Gegend. Danke!

Wij hebben hier een wat langer verblijf gehad. Fijn huis met een bureau voor schoolwerk en 2 grote slaapkamers waardoor we ook echt de ruimte hadden. Vanuit de woon-, eetkamer en keuken vrij zicht op het grasveld en bos wat zorgde voor heerlijk kunnen opladen. En iedere ochtend en avond kunnen genieten van de reeën! Zo leuk! Vriendelijke host met respect voor privacy. Absolute aanrader voor een kort alsook een langer verblijf!

Bart and Carole were incredible hosts! Very kind, responsive, and provided wonderful recommendations for local spots to check out. My husband is from the Netherlands and said the location is as good as it gets! The home is pretty and secluded. It is within a very short walking distance to town with restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. It also backs right up to beautiful woods!!! The house is the perfect size and was very clean. Absolutely loved the kitchen. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend. Don’t hesitate to book!

Notre séjour chez Wilma c'est très bien passé. La petite maisonnette nous convenait parfaitement, avec une vue sur les champs et animaux comme les chevaux, vaches... Très paisible, avec une piscine, trampolines, les enfants ont adorés le jardin! Wilma et sa famille sont très gentilles, accessibles. Je recommande fortement pour les gens qui aiment la tranquillité.

La casa es perfecta para desconectar unos días en familia, nos sentimos como en casa. La zona exterior transmite mucha paz y el pueblo es encantador. Muy bien equipada, limpia y con todos los detalles necesarios. Sin duda la recomendaría y me alojaría de nuevo. La casa para ir con niños es ideal, mi hijo verdaderamente disfruto.

This is not just a house, it's a home. The atmosphere is great: nice furniture, tasteful decorations and lots of inspiring quotes. We loved it. Good big kitchen to cook and to have long dinners. There's an airy living room so even with seven people you can still breathe and find a quiet spot to read. Anne and Martijn allowed us the TV and Nintendo which the kids loved after walks in the surrounding natural parks. There is lots of greenery nearby and Utrecht is close and offers interesting museums and shops. The supermarket is very close as well so no time gets wasted on long trips to get some food. Anne was easy to reach and very kind. They even left a surprise and lots of nice post its. Our Christmas holiday was the best!

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt (7 Übernachtungen) im Juli 2024. Die Unterkunft ist Teil eines 4-Parteienhauses, das so gebaut ist, dass man sehr privat ist. Der angrenzende Kiefernwald verströmt einen tollen Duft und bietet viele Möglichkeiten zu wandern oder Rad zu fahren direkt vor der Haustür. Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr ruhig und diskret. Das Haus bietet viel Platz für eine Familie mit bis zu 6 Personen. Das Wohnzimmer bietet einen tollen Blick durch große raumhohe Fenster. Die Katzen waren sehr süß und leicht zu pflegen. Sie haben sich bestens mit unseren Kindern verstanden. Alles in Allem eine super Woche in einer tollen Unterkunft. Gerne jederzeit wieder!!! Danke!!!

Sehr schöne, geräumige Wohnung und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Voll ausgestattete Küche mit allem, was man braucht. Es gab nichts, was gefehlt hat! Bequeme Betten und ein tolles Bad mit allem, was benötigt wird. Die Lage ist absolut Top! Alles fußläufig erreichbar. Diederick hat innerhalb kurzer Zeit auf Fragen geantwortet, toller Gastgeber! Eine absolute Empfehlung, wir würden definitiv wiederkommen!

Jonathan's place is perfect for a short stay. The apartment and the garden are absolutely beautiful and really thoughtfully designed. It wasn't cold despite the large window (we used termostat). The kitchen is good for cooking. But it might be a little uncomfortable for long staying because the bathroom is really tiny (but it's not a problem for a few days). Jonathan was very friendly and helpful.

To była nasza pierwsza podróż z dziećmi. Onno postarał się aby niczego nam nie zabrakło! Piękne miejsce i okolica. Las, cisza, spokój ale też blisko żeby dostać się do różnych holenderakich atrakcji i większych miast. Bardzo miło wspominamy nasze pierwsze wakacje we czwórkę, dziękujemy Onno!

We are so thankful for our time at The Happiest Place, we wish we could give a 6 Star Review! The unit is spacious and cozy, immaculately clean, and has tons of natural light. The kitchen is well -appointed and the bed is perfectly medium-firm. The apartment is centrally located in Utrecht, on a quiet street. Easy walking distance from the train station, grocery stores, restaurants, laundromat, and tourist attractions. Rob is an amazing host, very friendly and gracious, with a deep wealth of local knowledge. We stayed for multiple weeks and ended up extending our stay because we enjoyed it so much. Rob replaced the sheets and towels multiple times and did such a fantastic job making us feel at-home in the apartment. I can say without a doubt, there is nowhere better to stay in Utrecht.

This apartment was charming, right on a canal, making nighttime peaceful. If you're there for King's Day as we were, skip the crowds and watch party boats pass by while everyone waves and sings. Everything was as perfect as it appeared online. Lex and Sylvia are thoughtful and gracious hosts. I searched for a special gift, and Sylvia went above and beyond—she found it, texted us, and sent pictures! They provided all the essential information, plus an abundance of brochures and maps. The flat is perfect! The kitchen had everything one needed. They even stocked the fridge with essentials for breakfast and lunch. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom and outside space were excellent. The location is incredible. Thank you, Sylvia and Lex, for a wonderful weekend in Utrecht! It was one of my best vacations in a while. We can't wait to come back, Deb

Die Unterkunft war super, sehr modern und sah aus, wie auf den Bildern. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch der Pool war Klasse!

El apartamento es luminoso, cómodo y está bien equipado con todo lo necesario. Está en un lugar tranquilo del centro histórico, a pocos minutos de la zona más turística y a solo 10 minutos de la estación central de trenes (a pie). El anfitrión ha sido muy amable. Repetiríamos sin dudar.

The apartment is in a beautiful quiet location. And close to public transit. Easy to get to shopping and tourist areas. A rare find! Will be back to stay again!

This stay was the friendliest and the most charming Airbnb experience we have had! The building is an incredible experience of history, built in the 1580s and renovated by Joost and his father 16 years ago. Great detailing, furnishing, and design reflecting Utrecht in every way. And Joost was incredibly friendly, always responsive, and respectful of our privacy. The location is great! Right in the heart of Utrecht, where everyone was so friendly to us throughout. The beds where comfortable, and the back bedrooms quiet. Our tweens loved the attic space for sleeping, with a window view over the square. There was noise from people in the square in the evenings but it did not bother us as all as it was not unlike the sounds in our urban neighborhood. Joost's attention to detail and design was evident throughout! When in Utrecht again, I will definitely stay here! And it super easy by train for the day to Amsterdam, Rotterdam, or the Hague. Lastly, great daylight in the living room area!

Notre séjour chez Riwfka s'est très bien passé. Le logement est très bien desservi avec la gare et les bus à proximité (2min à pied) ce qui permet d'être à Amsterdam rapidement en passant par la gare centrale de Utrech. Riwfka m'avait envoyé énormément d'explications pour le logement ce qui nous a permi un accès libre et autonome. Seul bémol, la cage d'escalier des voisins du dessus était un peu bruyante mais vivable. Merci à Riwfka.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Utrecht. Die Wohnung ist schön und sehr gut gelegen! Man befindet sich direkt in der Innenstadt. Es sind viele Restaurants in der Umgebung und mit dem Rad ist man schnell im Grünen.

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay at Harm's place. He was so helpful and responded to me right away when I had questions. The flat is light and bright and has fun, eclectic furnishings. The balcony was nice, sunny, and sheltered and felt lovely to sit on during the afternoon. The flat is super close to the train station and is one stop away from the old town of Utrecht. I recommend staying here!

Wir waren mit einer Familie und zwei Freunden eine Woche über Ostern bei Olaf. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit. Das Wohnzimmer ist sehr geräumig und bot uns allen genug Platz. Besonders schön ist der seperaten Bereich hinter dem Haus mit beheiztem Pool und einer gemütlichen Grillecke. Ein Jumbo ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Bei einer Buchung sollte einem bewusst sein (kann man den Fotos und der Beschreibung entnehmen), dass ein Doppelbett offen über dem Wohnzimmer ist und es nur ein Bad gibt und die Wohnung sehr hellhörig ist. Für uns war das kein Problem. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Vielen Dank

Eine tolle bequeme Wohnung. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich flexibel und bemüht. Es gab tolle Tips zum Erkunden der Umgebung. Würde ich aufjedenfall weiter empfehlen

The top floor apartment is in a wonderful location well situated in the old city of Utrecht. It is on a historical canal but peaceful as it is away from the main tourist canal and busy restaurants etc. The apartment is on the top floor of an historic town house and while separate and quiet it is part of the owners home - so you need to be respectful of this. The owners did provide plates, cutlery and dishes etc and they kindly washed these each day. There are two quite steep stairs to access the apartment so be mindful of this before booking. A lovely unique place to stay.
